Device for Monitoring a Belt Teari n a Conveyor Belt
The invention relates to an arrangement for detecting a belt tear in a conveyor belt, comprising a trigger (1) which is arranged below the conveyor belt (2) transversely to the conveying direction of the conveyor belt and which is connected to a load limit switch (3). The arrangement also comprises a signalling device (4) for indicating and/or signalling a belt tear to a control unit (5). The invention is characterized in that a chain (6) which is suspended below the conveyor belt (2) is used as the trigger (1), said chain transmitting forces produced in the event of a belt tear to the load limit switch (3). In an advantageous embodiment, the load limit switch (3) has an inductive proximity switch (7), and in an additional advantageous embodiment, the load limit switch is connected to a control unit (5) via an actuator sensor interface (8) as a bus participant.
Method for controlling the movement of a drive axis of a drive unit
To be able to activate a smoothing filter for a setpoint, with which the movement of a drive axis (A, Ai) of a drive unit (AE) can also be controlled during the movement without a negative effect on the movement, it is provided that the smoothing filter (10) is initialized with a setpoint profile (S.sub.init) so that a current movement phase ((S.sub.0, {dot over (S)}.sub.0, . . . , S.sub.0.sup.(x))) is continued continuously and the repeated time derivative (S.sup.(x+1)) of the highest time derivative (S.sup.(x)) of the setpoint (S(t), S(k)) is limited.
DETECTION MECHANISM AND BATTERY PRODUCTION LINE
The present application relates to a detection mechanism and a battery production line. The detection mechanism includes a conveying unit, configured to convey the device to be detected; a first detection unit, configured to detect the temperature of the device to be detected; and a trigger unit, configured to detect the distance between the first detection unit and the device to be detected. When the distance between the first detection unit and the device to be detected is less than a preset distance value, the trigger unit controls the conveying unit to stop conveying. The detection mechanism and the battery production line in the embodiments of the present application can ameliorate the problem of poor universality.
Power and control system for a loading dock assembly
A dock apparatus includes a plurality of loading dock components. An identification system is coupled with the plurality of loading dock components. A control panel is in signal communication with the plurality of loading dock components via the identification system. The identification system automatically cooperates with the control panel to define an operating sequence of the plurality of loading dock components. A power module is in signal communication with the control panel and an installed component of the plurality of loading dock components. The control panel provides instructions to the power module according to the operating sequence and the power module delivers a predetermined electrical current to the installed components of the plurality of loading dock components in a sequential pattern defined by the operating sequence.
Pallet stacking system on a structure, pallet rack or similar, and related methods
A pallet stacking system on a structure comprises two sets of rotating levers and two axes of rotation, each axis of rotation corresponding to each set of rotating levers. The axes of rotation are inserted in a structure and parallel and at the same, with height between them, and at the same time the axes of rotation are separated by a distance, with sufficient free space for the passage of a horizontal pallet between them. The levers are distributed along the corresponding axis of rotation thereof and concentrically articulated about that same axis of rotation and with the capacity to rotate. The levers have a rest position, resulting in levers enabled at the same time to both receive and hold at least one pallet in the rest position.
Orientation device for orienting loose products for a packaging manufacturing line and method for orienting loose products in a packaging manufacturing line
An orientation device for orienting loose products for a packaging manufacturing line including a conveyor belt movable at a transport speed along an advancement direction between entry and exit stations, a plurality of gripping equipment each including a support body and a gripping head, a transport track to which the support bodies are connected, and wherein the transport track includes an active branch extending parallel to the conveyor belt, spaced from the conveyor belt and completely contained between the entry and exit stations. Each gripping head is rotatable about a rotation axis perpendicular to the conveyor belt and configured to pick up and hold a product transported by the conveyor belt. Each support body is movable parallel to the rotation axis of the respective gripping head between an approached condition and a distanced condition. Each support body moves along the active branch with a speed equal to the transport speed.
System and method for electric motor control in a manufacturing environment
A control system for an electric motor in a manufacturing environment, the control system including: a safety relay; and a power reduction circuit, wherein, when the safety relay is triggered, the power reduction circuit automatically limits the power supplied to the electric motor from a main power source such that the electric motor operates in a predetermined safe mode. A method for controlling an electric motor in a manufacturing system, the electric motor having a main power supply, the method including: monitoring the manufacturing system associated with the electric motor for a change in condition; on detecting a change in condition: limiting a power supplied to the electric motor, via a power reduction circuit, such that the electric motor operates in a predetermined safe mode. The power reduction circuit includes a reduced power supply and a means of dropping the power supplied to the electric motor quickly.
STATUS DETECTION APPARATUS FOR CENTRAL TELESCOPIC FEEDING PIPE IN COAL STORAGE EUROSILO
A status detection apparatus for a central telescopic feeding pipe is installed between an Eurosilo feeding inlet and a connecting section and includes an upper connection fixing body, a lower connection sliding body, a spring, and a detector. The upper connection fixing body is connected to a lower end of the Eurosilo feeding inlet, and the lower connection sliding body is connected to an upper end of the connecting section, the upper connection fixing body and the lower connection sliding body are connected via the spring, the connecting section is inserted into a first section of round pipes of a central telescopic feeding pipe and is dragged to be connected to an upper limit stop ring of the first section, and the detector detects a relative displacement between the upper connection fixing body and the lower connection sliding body to determine a telescopic status of the central telescopic feeding pipe.
Medication container air sorting system and apparatus
A system and apparatus for a medication container sorting apparatus by air sort station is disclosed. The container sorting apparatus includes a transport mechanism, a bumper rail, an air nozzle, a valve, and a sensor. As medication containers pass by an air nozzle on the transport mechanism, the air nozzle blows air towards the containers to push those with a closed end facing the air nozzle towards an opposite side of the transport mechanism. A bumper rail is used to prevent the medication container from falling off of the transport mechanism.
