The present invention provides a particle packing apparatus which can pack uniformly particles of catalyst, etc. without breaking the particles. The particle packing apparatus for packing particles into a vessel, comprises: a base held at a fixed position with respect to the vessel; a distributor which is rotational symmetrical to a central axis extended vertically and distributes the particles; a bearing fixed to the base and holding the distributor rotatably; a particle supplying unit fixed to the base, being rotational symmetrical to the central axis, having a bottom opening being smaller than an inner diameter of the bearing and supplying the particles to the distributor through the bottom opening; and a motor rotating the distributor.

Unloading system and method of using the same

Various embodiments are directed to unloading system and methods of using the same. In various embodiments, an unloading system comprises a trailer bed configured to receive a container thereon, wherein the trailer bed comprises one or more joints configurable between a plurality of joint positions, wherein the trailer bed is configured to lift, tilt, and oscillate at least a portion of the container based on the joints; and an extendable conveyor configured to receive a box that has been released from the container and convey the box away from the trailer bed. Various embodiments are directed to a method comprising tilting the container such that an open end of the container is lower than a closed end of the container, wherein the open end of the container is proximate to an extendable conveyor; and oscillating the container to facilitate release of a box from the container onto the extendable conveyor.

EQUIPMENT SYNCHRONIZATION APPARATUSES WITH VARIABLE BREAKAWAY PRESSURES

A method of tuning a breakaway force of a synchronization apparatus is provided. The method includes removing a first spring having a first spring constant from a breakaway portion of the synchronization apparatus, where the first spring constant causing the breakaway portion to pivot about a pivot axis relative to a fixed portion at a first breakaway force applied thereto. A second spring is mounted against the fixed portion. The second spring has a second spring constant causing the breakaway portion to pivot about the pivot axis at a second breakaway force that is different from the first breakaway force.
