Mechanism for locking longitudinally a ski-binding on a mounting plate
Provided is a locking mechanism for a ski-binding, the locking mechanism comprising only one lever adapted to be pivoted between an engaged and a disengaged position. The lever further comprises at least one lug, the at least one lug adapted to engage with a notch formed in a mounting plate in an engaged position, and wherein the lug is adapted to hold the lever in a non-sliding manner when engaged with the notch. Explicitly, the locking mechanism does not comprise a second lever. Also provided is a ski-binding comprising only one locking mechanism, or adapted to receiving only one locking mechanism, and a mounting plate for use with the locking mechanism, and ski-binding.

Ski binding for touring or cross-country skiing
A ski binding comprises a first recess for receiving a ski shoe pin, a locking member movable between a locking position and a open position, a biasing means to bias the locking member towards the locking position, and an activation member rotatably attached to the housing for rotation around a transversal rotational axis of the binding. The locking member has at least one outer portion that allows a ski shoe pin to force the locking member from the locking position towards the open position when the ski shoe pin enters the first recess. The activation member has an arm extending radially away from its transversal rotational axis. The activation member and the locking member are operatively connected such that when the arm rotates in the first rotational direction through a predetermined lower operational range, the activation member forces the locking member from the locking position to the open position.

Part of a binding system
The present invention relates to a part of a skiing binding system, comprising a housing with, on the inside, a fully or partially through-going bore with an inner diameter, coaxial with a barrel arranged in a direction transverse to a longitudinal axis of a ski, wherein two pins, each moveable transverse to a longitudinal axis of the ski in a first direction and second direction with at least one intermediate spring element are arranged, and wherein the pins are adapted to slide in the barrel between a protruding and a retracted position. According to an aspect of the invention, the part of the pins that is exposed when the pins are in the protruding position, has a reduced outer diameter compared with the inner diameter of the barrel. The invention also relates to a method for lubricating the pins with a lubricant.
