METHOD AND AN APPLIANCE FOR SEPARATING INDIVIDUAL, FLAT, FLEXIBLE PRODUCTS FROM THE LOWER SIDE OF A STACK
20170341891 · 2017-11-30 ·

A method and an associated appliance for the cyclically controlled separating and singularizing of flat, flexible products from the lower side of a stack of such products and for conveying the singularized products away from the stack. The method includes the: gripping the lowermost product of the stack, separating the lowermost product from the stack lower side and transporting the product away from the stack. A first process condition is detected within cycle-linked measuring time window and a second process condition is detected within at least one further cycle-linked measurement time window in the same work cycle, by way of a single sensor in combination with a control device.

A document managing method for a printing device is provided. The document managing method includes the following steps. Firstly, a printing mechanism prints a document with plural papers, and transfers the plural papers to a paper collection platform. Then, a management module manages the plural papers from two lateral sides of the plural papers. Then, a paper ejection module ejects a first portion of the plural papers at a first speed, and then ejects a second portion of the plural papers at a second speed. Consequently, the plural papers are exited from the paper collection platform. Then, the management module is separated from the two lateral sides of the plural papers, so that the plural papers fall down to a supporting tray. The first speed is faster than the second speed.

A label grabbing method and a grabbing mechanism are disclosed. The label grabbing method comprises: step S1, a conveying assembly (20) driving a plurality of labels (10) to move simultaneously so as to move the plurality of labels (10) to a position for grabbing; and step S2, a pickup assembly (30) picking up at least two labels (10) at the position for grabbing. The label grabbing method solves the problem in the prior art of a label grabbing method having too large a grabbing equipment loss.

An image forming apparatus includes a sheet conveyance portion, a recording portion, a sheet detection portion, and a control portion. In a duplex printing including a first and a second process of printing on a first surface and a second surface of the sheet, in the first process, the control portion calculates a center position of the sheet based on an edge position of the sheet on one side in the width direction and size information of the sheet, prints a first image on the first surface such that the first image is centered on the center position calculated, and prints a reference marker on the first surface. In the second process, the control portion calculates a correction magnification ratio based on a difference between a reading position and the printing position of the reference marker, and corrects a size and a printing position of a second image.
