A component mounting device comprises a mounting head being configured to mount a component from a carrier tape onto a substrate, a component supply unit being configured to convey the carrier tape, a holder, and a carrier tape holding device providing a first storage space in communication with the holder. The carrier tape holding device is configured to perform operations comprising: holding the carrier tape that, when conveyed by the component supply unit, is pulled out from a tape roll body stored in the first storage space, having a tape roll body for replenishment stored in the holder; and receiving the tape roll body for replenishment from the holder when the carrier tape of the tape roll body for replenishment is conveyed by the component supply unit.

A dunnage conversion assembly includes a supply of expandable sheet material and a dunnage conversion apparatus configured to expand the expandable sheet material. The apparatus includes a frame, a supply support mounted to the frame to support a supply of sheet material, and first and second expansion members rotatably mounted to the frame downstream of the supply support to receive the sheet material therebetween. At least one of the first expansion member or the second expansion member is rotatably driven. A drive assembly of the apparatus includes a drive member and a motive device that drives rotation of the drive member to dispense the sheet material from the supply. The drive member is movable between an operating position adjacent the supply support and a disengaged position spaced from the supply support. The drive member in the operating position is biased toward the supply support.

In one aspect, the present disclosure is directed to a dispenser assembly for dispensing supplies of sheet material. The dispensing assembly can include a carrier supporting the supplies of sheet material and being moveable along a track between various dispensing positions. The dispenser assembly also can include a carrier pivoting assembly with a lever that engages one of the supplies of sheet material and rotates during dispensing thereof, as well as one or more biased pins connected to the lever and configured to engage locking features provided along the track to support the carrier in one of the dispensing positions. The biased pins further can be configured to retract with rotation of the lever such that they disengage the locking features so the carrier to moves along the track to different dispensing position.
