MACHINE FOR SPREADING FABRIC
A machine (1) for spreading fabric on a spreading plane (2) includes a carriage (3) that is movable on the spreading plane, the carriage has an unwinding system (6) for unwinding the fabric; an inclined chute arranged below; a cutting system (11) for cutting the fabric, arranged at a lower end (12) of the chute; and a movement system (35) for moving the unwinding system between a first and a second unwinding operating configuration. In the first configuration, a first end (14) of the unwinding system is vertical to the chute (10) and in the second configuration, the first end (14) is in an advanced position towards the cutting head (13).
PRINTER
A printer includes a holder configured to house rolled recording paper, a cover that is attached to the holder to be openable and closable relative to the holder, and a contact part that is attached to the cover and configured to contact the recording paper. The contact part is configured such that the contact part substantially point-contacts the recording paper, and positions on the contact part contacting the recording paper change as the recording paper is unrolled.
Printing apparatus, paper supply apparatus, and paper supply method
A printer includes a first housing part, a second housing part, a printing part that prints on the first paper sheet and the second paper sheet, a conveying part that includes a holding part that is configured to hold the overlapping first paper sheet and the second paper sheet respectively pulled out from a first paper roll and a second paper roll, and conveys the first paper sheet out of the first paper sheet and the second paper sheet held by the holding part to the printing part, a first paper sheet sensor that detects the presence of the first paper sheet, and a controlling part that makes the conveying part convey the second paper sheet held by the holding part to the printing part when the first paper sheet sensor detects that there is no first paper sheet to be conveyed to the printing part.
SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR ROLLED MATERIAL
A support system for moving a rolled material between a rolled configuration and an extended configuration. The support system may include a roller having a longitudinal axis, a housing supporting the roller, and a cradle extending along a first longitudinal length of the roller. The cradle may include a base removably coupled to the housing and a contact member supported by the base.
Sterile sampling bag, roll of bags, and bag dispenser
A bag dispensing device comprises a box and a roll of bags, the bags being connected together in the roll. Each bag defines a closed bottom end and an upper end that is closed while the bag is part of the roll but that becomes open once the bag is detached from the roll. The roll of bags is located in the container with at least one leading bag thereof extending out of the container so as to be grasped by the user and detached from the roll when a bag is needed by the user for receiving therein a sample or the like.
COIL HOLDER
A holder for a metal coil that includes a pair of spaced apart end members and a bridge member that inter-couples the spaced apart end members. Each end member has a base that includes a base receptacle for receiving opposed ends of the bridge member so as to form a unitary holder. Each end member also includes an arcuate retaining strip extending from said base and having a free end that defines an open front space through which the coil is insertable into the holder.
ORTHOGONAL PACKING MATERIAL DISPENSER
A packing dispenser may include a face plate including a spout having a conical shape, first side walls connected to the face plate, a first roll shelf including a first base connected to the first side walls, a second roll shelf substantially orthogonal to the first roll shelf including a connecting plate, a second base, and second side walls and the connecting plate connects the second roll shelf to the first base of the first roll shelf. The paper dispenser allows for multiple rolls of packing material to be placed inside and interconnected such that multiple rolls can be used in the dispenser before more rolls of packing material are needed.
Medium cassette
A roll medium is accommodated in a medium cassette. The roll medium has a configuration where a continuous medium is rolled in a roll shape. The medium cassette has a supporter including two sets of support roller pairs which rotatably support the roll medium. The two sets of the support roller pairs are in contact with an outer peripheral surface of a lower part of the roll medium at each of end positions, where a lower end of the roll medium is sandwiched between the support roller pair, of the roll medium in a direction of a rotation axis of the roll medium, and are not in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the lower part of the roll medium at a central portion of the roll medium in the direction of the rotation axis.
Printer with Linerless Media Wrap Removal Mechanism and Associated Methods
A printer is disclosed that includes a platen roller assembly, a frame, and a drive assembly. The drive assembly is operatively coupled to a first mating structure at a proximal end of an axle of the platen roller assembly to automatically rotate the axle via the proximal end of the axle during a printing operation. The axle is manually rotated in situ via a second mating structure at a distal end during an operation to remove linerless media wrapped around the platen roller assembly.
FEEDING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
There is provided a feeding apparatus including: a casing; a tray having a roll accommodating part configured to accommodate a roll in which a belt-shaped medium is rolled, the tray being configured to be moved between an attached position and a drawn-out position in a direction crossing an up-down direction and crossing a first direction, the first direction being a direction of an axis of the roll accommodated in the roll accommodating part; a feeder configured to feed the belt-shaped medium unrolled from the roll accommodated in the roll accommodating part of the tray in the attached position; and a roll-remaining amount display disposed on an outer surface of the tray and configured to display a remaining amount of the roll accommodated in the roll accommodating part.
