A stopper is positioned along the second end of the elongated shaft, and includes a dimension that is greater than the dimension of the central channel of the roll of stretch film. A sliding handle unit having a first handle segment, a second handle segment and a hollow interior channel is slidingly positioned along the elongated shaft, and functions as a guide for dispensing the stretch film. A ring shaped member having a high friction material along one surface is disposed between the handle segments, and each handle segment includes an outside dimension that is positionable within the central channel of the roll of stretch film.

The invention relates to a two-state roll-bandage applicator, comprising (a) an elongated cylinder configured for insertion into a central lumen of a roll bandage, the cylinder comprising one or more flanges configured to retain the cylinder within the lumen of said roll bandage; (b) a handle configured to move longitudinally within the central lumen of the elongated cylinder between a compact storage position in which the distal end of the handle is in proximity with the distal end of the cylinder, and a working position in which the distal end of the handle is away from the distal end of the cylinder, such that most of the handle's length protrudes in a proximal direction from a proximal end of the cylinder; wherein in the working position the handle is rotatable relative to the cylinder.

A system for supporting a reel of stamping foil (2) that is mounted rotatably, includes: two flanges (9, 9) connected to the shaft of the reel (2, 2) that is positioned between the flanges, each flange having a rotary shaft extending outward of the reel; two end walls (7, 7) mounted spaced apart on a guide surface (3), each wall end having at least one upwardly oriented notch (10, 10) arranged to receive the shaft of each flange (9, 9); and a brake (13) which cooperates with and slows the rotation of the reel (2).

A dispenser forearm sleeve portion includes a rotating tape dispensing receptacle surrounded by an inserted tape roll, coupled to a forearm sleeve portion first edge, attached to a base plate having a protruding plate center post with an internal threaded insert coupled to a fastener to form a spinning tape dispensing apparatus coupled to the inserted tape roll and oriented outward from an installation arm protruding through the forearm sleeve portion. Methods are also disclosed for dispensing a tape roll from a tape dispensing apparatus, including steps for inserting a forearm sleeve portion having a rotating tape dispensing receptacle coupled to a base plate with a protruding plate center post and centered threaded insert, and member for installing tape rolls from a rotating tape dispensing receptacle to a workface surface, and replacing emptied tape rolls with a replenished tape roll.

A dispenser including a receptacle and a cover together defining a tape roll storage volume in which the tape roll rotates about an axis of rotation, and an accommodation apparatus located within the tape roll storage volume and configured to bias the tape roll in an axial direction towards one of the receptacle and the cover.
