Discharging device and image forming apparatus
A discharging device includes an aligning unit for aligning stacked sheets as a sheet bundle, a discharging unit for discharging the sheet bundle, a discharged tray on which the sheet discharged by the discharging unit is stacked, and a support unit. The support unit supports the sheet bundle from below by extending in a sheet discharging direction of the sheet bundle while the sheet bundle is discharged to the discharged tray and to be accommodated in a direction opposite to the sheet discharging direction at timing when the discharging unit finishes discharging the sheet bundle.
Paper stack press machine
A paper stack press machine comprises a base 1 with a press surface 2, a pressing plate 5, and a pressing plate drive mechanism 6 moving the pressing plate between a standby position at which the pressing plate separates from a paper stack S on the press surface and a press position at which the pressing plate presses the paper stack against the press surface. A surface of the pressing plate facing the press surface is elastically deformable. A pushing bar 11a is arranged at the second side of the pressing plate so as to be movable in an axial direction thereof between a retracted position at which the pushing bar separates from the paper stack and an advanced position at which the pushing bar pushes the paper stack against the press surface.
Sheet processing apparatus and image forming system
A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveyance unit configured to convey a sheet, a stacking portion on which the sheet conveyed by the conveyance unit is stacked, a first regulation member configured to regulate a position of an edge portion, in a conveyance direction, of the sheet stacked on the stacking portion, a second regulation member configured to regulate a position of an edge portion, in a width direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction, of the sheet stacked on the stacking portion, a binding unit supported movably in the conveyance direction and configured to perform a binding process of binding the sheet stacked on the stacking portion, and a moving unit configured to move the second regulation member in the conveyance direction accompanied with a movement, in the conveyance direction, of the binding unit.
SHEET POST-PROCESSING DEVICE AND SHEET POST-PROCESSING METHOD
According to one embodiment, a sheet post-processing device includes a first tray to receive sheets from an image forming unit, a second tray to receive sheets from the first tray, and a third tray to receive sheets from the second tray. The third tray is movable relative to the second tray. A bundle claw is configured to move sheets in a first direction from the second tray to the third tray. A controller is configured to move the third tray relative to the second tray according to the sheets on the second tray. Depending on various characteristics of the sheets on the second tray or the presence of sheets already on the third tray, the position of the third tray may be changed to reduce possible misalignments of sheets in the transfer from the second to third tray.
MEDIUM HANDOVER DEVICE AND SHUTTER OPENING-AND-CLOSING MECHANISM
A banknote pay-out device includes a pay-out port where a banknote bundle is handed over to a user, a shutter that is provided so as to capable of closing or opening the pay-out port, a gripping conveyance guide and a stage that guide the banknote bundle W, and a push-out plate that is disposed facing the gripping conveyance guide and the stage, and that moves in a handover direction toward the pay-out port while contacting one edge side of the banknote bundle to convey the banknote bundle toward the pay-out port. The banknote pay-out device also includes a shutter opening-and-closing projection that, as the push-out plate moves toward the pay-out port, moves together with the push-out plate and moves the shutter toward an opening direction to open the pay-out port.
MEDIUM CONVEYANCE DEVICE AND MEDIUM TRANSACTION DEVICE
A medium conveyance device is provided including a placement body, a Scott-Russell body, a moving section, and a conveyance state switching section. The placement body includes a bundle conveyance face on which a medium bundle configured by stacking plural medium into a bundle shape is conveyed in a state placed on the bundle conveyance face. The Scott-Russell body includes an abutting portion that abuts the medium bundle. The movement section causes at least a portion of the Scott-Russell body to abut against the medium bundle and moves the Scott-Russell body along the bundle conveyance face in a first direction, or in a second direction opposite to the first direction, so as to move the medium bundle along the bundle conveyance face in the first direction or in the second direction. The conveyance state switching section utilizes the Scott-Russell body being moved by the movement section to switch to a first conveyance state in which at least a portion of the Scott-Russell body is caused to abut against the second direction side of the medium bundle and conveyance of the medium bundle toward the first direction is enabled, or to a second conveyance state in which at least a portion of the Scott-Russell body is caused to abut against the first direction side of the medium bundle and conveyance of the medium bundle toward the second direction is enabled.
PAPER SHEET PROCESSING DEVICE
A paper sheet processing device includes: an accommodating part that accommodates a paper sheet; and a sliding stage part that is provided within the accommodating part and supports the paper sheet accommodated within the accommodating part, the sliding stage part sliding with respect to the accommodating part to cause a portion of the sliding stage part to protrude to outside of the accommodating part, and the sliding stage part sliding with respect to the accommodating part to push the paper sheet to the outside of the accommodating part and cause a leading end of the paper sheet to protrude to the outside of the accommodating part.
