ACCESSORY RACK ASSEMBLY AND ACCESSORY RACK KIT
An accessory rack assembly for connecting to a vehicle including a rack structure including: a first rack component; a second rack component connected to the first rack component; and at least one protrusion, the first rack component and the second rack component extending in a same direction from the first and third end portions, the first rack component and the second rack component defining an accessory passage therebetween, the at least one protrusion extending from the first rack component into the accessory passage, the at least one protrusion separating the accessory passage into a first passage portion and a second passage portion, the at least one protrusion being configured for separating one object disposed in the first passage portion from another object disposed in the second passage portion, and a securing member selectively extending over the top end portions to selectively partially close the top opening.
Protecting the edges of sports boards
An edge protector for a sports board in the form of a bead of a resilient material having a cross-section comprising a central portion and, extending therefrom in one direction, a tapering impact-absorbing section and, extending from the central portion in the opposing direction, a pair of convergent leg sections for engaging an edge of the board. The central portion and the impact-absorbing section together form a triangular cross-section, which is particularly suited to receiving and dissipating an impact. The triangular section can be a hollow triangular section to reduce weight and tailor the impact response. One leg of the pair extends beyond the other leg to ease fitting. The bead is preferably formed by extrusion; silicone with a Shore A hardness of between 62 and 68 provides an ideal resilient material.
FOLDING AND COLLAPSIBLE SNOWBOARD POLE MOUNTING SYSTEM
A detachable snowboard and snowboard pole with a collapsible shaft divided into segments, a basket tip, and a handle. In exemplary embodiments, the pole affixes to a planar top surface of the snowboard using a mounting system comprising a plurality of clamps at staggered attachment points, each clamp adapted to form a friction fit with segments of the snowboard pole, each clamp oriented in parallel with one another.
WHEELS ON SKIS FOR TRANSPORTATION
The invention relates to a device for manually transporting by rolling or sliding, pushing or pulling, skis or the like as a pair, on any kind of surfaces, with a pair of independent collapsible wheels, each wheel attached to a different ski from the pair, the wheels can be folded and deployed, enabling safe skiing when the wheels are folded and carrying the ski upon the ground with the assistance of the wheels, when they are deployed and the skis attached together as a pair. The device is permanently mounted on the ski. The wheels are made from light material, such as rubber or plastics. The ski can also have a holder or fastener at the opposite end for fixing a pulling or pushing aid.
Collapsible hard case for surfboards and other large objects
A protective case for large objects including a lock housing formed from a first section and a second section, both of the sections including at least one external subsection and at least one internal subsection configured to telescope inside the external subsection; and an extension lock comprising a lock housing and a compression lock, the lock housing including a screw-threaded channel, and the compression comprising at least one screw-threaded shaft with a compressive component on the interior end and a lock handle on the exterior end, the screw-threaded shaft configured to matingly engage with the screw-threaded channel of the lock housing; the compression lock configured to descend in the lock housing and compressingly lock the internal subsection in an extended position upon locking rotation of the compression lock; and the compression lock configure to ascend in the lock housing upon unlocking rotation of the cam latch.
MULTI-PURPOSE CARRIER FOR VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a multi-purpose carrier for a vehicle which is configured to load a bicycle, skis, a snowboard, or other articles onto the vehicle and carry the bicycle, the skis, the snowboard, or the articles, the multi-purpose carrier including: a base support bar 10 disposed horizontally; one or two vertical supports 20; a horizontal support 30; an article mount 40; an angle fixing rod 50; an angle-fixing-rod support 55; two handle fixing rods 60; a bicycle frame fixing rod 70; clips 80; a stopper 90; and an article stand 92 which is structured to stop rotating by being caught by a horizontal rod of the stopper, in which a fixing strap is connected to the two clips 80 and other necessary portions, the fixing strap is fixed to the vehicle and securely tightened, a bicycle 100 is turned upside down, a bicycle frame 120 is fixed to the bicycle frame fixing rod 70, and two handles 110 of the bicycle are fixed to the two handle fixing rods 60, respectively, such that the bicycle is fixed to the vehicle, or the article is fixed to the article stand after the article stand 92 stands upright, such that the bicycle or the article may be carried by the vehicle.
Portable ski and ski pole carrying device
The disclosure includes a ski and ski pole carrying device that in many embodiments comprises two ski ties and lanyard. A ski pole strap with the proximal end coupled to a ski sleeve forms the ski tie. The ski ties may leave enough space between the sheaths and the bases to allow a portion of the skis' tips and tails to be slideably received by the ski tie as to secure the skis together. The ski ties may be arranged and configured for the skis' bases to be facing the same direction or in opposite directions. In some embodiments, the ski pole straps are a double sided hook and loop fastener arranged and configured to securely wrap around the respective ski tie and a pair of ski poles. The lanyard may be used in conjunction with the ski ties or independently to aid in carrying the skis and ski poles.
Ski management device
A magnetic ski management device encases and immobilizes a pair of skis while incorporating a magnetic implement attracting the device/ski combination to ferromagnetic surfaces. The ski management device of the present invention joins and secures a pair of skis together having a magnetic implement (device) aligned with but offset from the juncture between the skis establishing a magnetic attractive force between the ski management device, including the associated skis, and any ferromagnetic surface.
