SHEET STACKING APPARATUS, SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
Provided is a sheet stacking apparatus, including: a placement on which a sheet is placed; a conveyance portion conveying a sheet placed on the placement portion; a regulation portion regulating a position of a sheet conveyed by the conveyance portion through contact with the sheet; and a pressing portion pressing a sheet regulated in position by the regulation portion, the pressing portion pressing a sheet regulated in position by the regulation portion at a first pressing position and a second pressing position, the second pressing position being spaced apart from the placement portion in a thickness direction of sheets placed on the placement portion by a distance which is larger than a distance between the placement portion and the first pressing position, in which an area of pressing a sheet at the first pressing position is larger than an area of pressing a sheet at the second pressing position.
SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS
Provided is a sheet processing apparatus, including: a regulation portion configured to contact with an end edge of a sheet to be conveyed and to regulate a position of the sheet; a position adjustment portion configured to perform position adjustment on a sheet in a direction along an end edge of the sheet of which the end edge is in contact with the regulation portion; a folding portion configured to perform folding processing on a sheet which has been regulated by the regulation portion; and a control portion configured to execute: a first mode of causing the folding portion to perform the folding processing on a sheet which has been regulated by the regulation portion, without causing the position adjustment portion to perform the position adjustment on the sheet; and a second mode of causing the position adjustment portion to perform the position adjustment with respect to the regulated sheet.
POST-PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS INCLUDING SAME
A post-processing apparatus for post-processing paper discharged from an image forming apparatus comprises: a paper discharging roller for conveying both first and second paper sequentially discharged from an image forming apparatus to an intermediate loading part; a main paddle part for conveying the first and second paper loaded on the intermediate loading part to a compiling region; a reverse roller for conveying, together with the main paddle part, the first and second paper to the compiling region; and a binding part for processing the first and second paper conveyed to the compiling region, the paper discharging roller allows the first paper to stand by on a standby path, and conveys the first and second paper to the intermediate loading part in a state in which the leading end of the first paper protrudes further than the leading end of the second paper.
Stacker and medium processing device
A stacker includes a medium stacking portion for receiving and stacking a medium processed and discharged by a processing unit, a medium butting portion for aligning the medium by contacting a leading end of the medium, and a paddle that includes a feeding portion and is for transporting the medium received by the medium stacking portion in a direction toward the medium butting portion by rotating. Furthermore, the stacker has a first mode in which the paddle stops in a state in which the feeding portion does not contact the medium on the medium stacking portion and a second mode in which the paddle stops in a state in which the feeding portion comes into contact with the medium on the medium stacking portion and is deformed.

Medium discharging device, post-processing device and recording apparatus
A medium discharging device includes a side cursor, a moving unit, a discharge unit, and a side guide. The side cursor is provided in a processing tray and is provided movable in an intersecting direction intersecting a discharging direction of the medium, aligns an end portion of a media bundle in the intersecting direction, and guides the media bundle in the discharging direction when the media bundle is discharged. The moving unit moves the side cursor in the intersecting direction. The discharge unit discharges the media bundle from the processing tray to the discharge tray where the media bundle is placed. When the media bundle is discharged, the side guide is disposed alongside the side cursor in the discharging direction and restricts movement of the media bundle in the intersecting direction, which is discharged by the discharger.

POST-PROCESSING DEVICE
A post-processing device includes a processing tray on which a medium recorded by a recording portion is loaded, and a first paddle which is an example of a transportation member provided above the processing tray and rotating to transport the medium toward the upstream in a transport direction. In addition, the post-processing device includes a roller which is an example of a rotating body provided above the rotation shaft of the first paddle, and a paddle unit frame which is an example of an upper member provided above the roller. The roller and the paddle unit frame are positioned within a rotation locus of the first paddle.
SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A sheet processing includes a first conveyance path, a buffering portion, a second conveyance path, a conveyance roller pair, a supporting portion, a moving member, a regulating portion, and a processing unit. The buffering portion is configured to superimpose a first sheet and a second sheet on each other in a state of being offset from each other in a sheet conveyance direction. An offset amount, by which a leading end of the first sheet in the sheet conveyance direction projects downstream in the sheet conveyance direction with respect to a leading end of the second sheet in the sheet conveyance direction in a state before the first sheet and the second sheet are discharged onto the supporting portion, is larger than a distance from a sheet contact position of the moving member to the regulating portion in the sheet conveyance direction.
