Web material application systems and methods
A system for cutting a web material and applying the web material on a substrate. The system comprises a feed roll configured to advance a web material. The system includes an anvil roll configured to receive the web material from the feed roll and provide a section of web material having a defined length. The system includes a cutting element configured to cut the web material to form the section of web material. The anvil roll is configured such that the anvil roll surface advances at an anvil roll surface speed. The feed roll is configured to rotate at a first feed roll surface speed that is slower than the anvil roll surface speed and a second feed roll surface speed that is substantially the same as the anvil roll surface speed when the cutting element cuts the web material.
SHEET PROCESSING APPARATUS, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A sheet processing apparatus includes a sheet conveyance passage, a sheet circulation passage, a first conveyor, a second conveyor, a third conveyor, and circuitry. In the sheet circulation passage, a sheet is circulated to be overlaid with a following sheet in the sheet conveyance passage. The circuitry circulates the sheet in the sheet circulation passage to overlay the sheet with the following sheet conveyed after the sheet in the first sheet conveyance passage, at an upstream position of the first sheet conveyance passage, and adjusts a sheet conveyance speed of the third conveyor to circulate the sheet, based on a reduction amount that is obtained when a preceding amount of a leading end of the following sheet with respect to a leading end of the sheet is reduced while the following sheet is temporarily stopped due to a temporary stop of the first conveyor.

SHEET CONVEYANCE APPARATUS, CONTROL METHOD OF THE SAME, AND STORAGE MEDIUM STORING CONTROL PROGRAM OF THE SAME
A sheet conveyance apparatus includes a control unit (120) that controls driving of a belt drive mechanism (4). The control unit (120) performs control such that the sheet is conveyed from the sheet accumulation area if (a) it is determined that the number of sheets currently accumulated in the sheet accumulation area is two or greater, while the sheet is not conveyed from the sheet accumulation area if (b) it is determined that the number of sheets currently accumulated in the sheet accumulation area is one.

STACKING APPARATUS AND STACKING METHOD
According to an embodiment, a stacking apparatus includes: a first precedent-stage conveyor unit that conveys first sheets; a second precedent-stage conveyor unit that conveys second sheets; a merging unit that guides, to a merge point, the first sheets output from the first precedent-stage conveyor unit and guides, to the merge point, the second sheets output from the second precedent-stage conveyor unit; a subsequent-stage conveyor unit that sequentially receives, at the merge point, the conveyed first sheets and the conveyed second sheets, and conveys the received first sheets and the received second sheets in order of the reception while lining up in a conveying direction; and a stacking unit that sequentially catches each of the first sheets and each of the second sheets and stacks, at a predetermined position, each of the first sheets and each of the second sheets in order of the catch.
Web-like interleaving sheet material at a cutting zone
The invention relates to an apparatus for providing web-like interleaving sheet material on one track or on multiple tracks at a cutting zone in which products supplied on one track or multiple tracks are cut into slices and interleaving sheets are introduced that are cut off from the provided interleaving sheet material in the cutting zone, having a removal device that is configured to remove the material web from a material store, and having a loop store in which the material web forms a loop having a loop portion at the incoming side and a loop portion at the outgoing side, wherein the loop store provides a reception space for the loop whose one side forms a support for the one loop portion and whose side opposite the support forms a boundary for the other loop portion.
