Banknote stacking and separating apparatus and banknote processing device
A banknote stacking and separating apparatus includes a frame, and a guide plate and a pressing plate that are disposed on the frame. The frame is provided with an entrance-and-exit for a banknote. One end of the guide plate adjacent to the entrance-and-exit is pivotally connected to the frame, and the guide plate is operative to rotate around an axis of a pivoting shaft and is configured to guide a moving direction of the banknote when the banknote is being collected. The pressing plate is configured to support the collected banknotes and press the banknotes towards the guide plate while the banknotes are being separated. One end of the guide plate far away from the entrance-and-exit is provided with a force-releasing surface configured to support the guide plate when the pressing plate presses the banknotes towards the guide plate.
PAPER SHEET STORAGE DEVICE
A paper sheet storage device includes a storage space in which paper sheet is stored; a mounting table that is provided in the storage space and on which the paper sheet is accumulated and placed; a support base that supports the mounting table; a first lifting lowering mechanism that lifts and lowers the mounting table between a high position and a low position relative to the support base; and a second lifting lowering mechanism that lifts and lowers the support base in the storage space. The support base and the first lifting lowering mechanism are disposed within a projection area in which the mounting table is projected on a plane orthogonal to a lifting lowering direction in which the support base is lifted and lowered by the second lifting lowering mechanism.
BANKNOTE STACKING AND SEPARATING APPARATUS AND BANKNOTE PROCESSING DEVICE
A banknote stacking and separating apparatus and a banknote processing apparatus relate to automated machinery. The banknote stacking and separating apparatus includes a frame, and a guide plate and a pressing plate that are disposed on the frame. One end of the guide plate far away from the entrance-and-exit is provided with a force-releasing portion configured to support the guide plate when the pressing plate presses the banknotes towards the guide plate, thus creating a gap between the guide plate and the banknotes supported by the pressing plate.
MEDIUM STACKING SHEET AND MEDIUM SEPARATING AND STACKING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
A medium stacking sheet is installed on a rotation shaft of a medium separating and stacking apparatus for stacking or dispensing a medium. The medium stacking sheet includes a body fixed to the rotation shaft and having a plurality of rotation holes which are spaced apart from each other in a rotation direction of the rotation shaft, and a plurality of vanes each including a vane pin rotatably installed in a corresponding rotation hole and a vane piece coupled to the vane pin to stack the medium.
Cash box and banknote processing device using same
Disclosed are a cash box and a banknote processing device using the same. The cash box includes: a guiding plate, configured to guide a banknote to enter a banknote storage chamber; a pickup roller, configured to output the banknote; and a sensor, configured to detect a position of the guiding plate and a position of the pickup roller. When the guiding plate is in a banknote feeding position or the pickup roller is in a banknote pickup position, the sensor outputs a first signal. When the guiding plate deviates from the banknote feeding position and the pickup roller deviates from the banknote pickup position, the sensor outputs a second signal, wherein the first signal is different from the second signal.
BANKNOTE RECYCLER
A generally vertical banknote recycling bay arrangement comprising a generally vertically oriented banknote recycling bay for receiving banknotes therein, the recycling bay having an upper end and a lower end. The arrangement further comprising a banknote feeding assembly for feeding banknotes, one at a time, into the recycling bay, the feeding assembly being positioned near the upper end of the recycling bay. The arrangement further comprising a banknote dispensing assembly for feeding banknotes, one at a time, out of the recycling bay, the dispensing assembly being positioned near the upper end of the recycling bay. The arrangement further comprising a pair of stacker wheels supported for rotational movement about a driven stacker wheel shaft, each stacker wheel being laterally moveable along the driven stacker wheel shaft and a stacker wheel positioning mechanism configured to adjust the lateral positions of the pair of stacker wheels along the stripper wheel shaft. During operation in which banknotes are to be fed into the recycling bay, the lateral position of the stacker wheels is adjusted by the stacker wheel positioning mechanism to an inward position such that banknotes to be fed into the recycling bay are received by the stacker wheels and stacked in the recycling bay. During operation in which banknotes are to be fed out of the recycling bay, the lateral position of the stacker wheels is adjusted by the stacker wheel positioning mechanism to an outward position such that banknotes to be fed out the recycling bay are not engaged by the stacker wheels but instead are engaged by the banknote dispensing assembly which sequentially engages the topmost banknote stacked in the recycling bay and feeds banknotes out of the recycling bay, one bill at a time.
PAPER SHEET HANDLING DEVICE
A conveyance mechanism can convey bills to openings in two locations regarding at least one conveyance port of two conveyance ports of a determination unit. The conveyance mechanism can convey the bills between an acceptance unit and a plurality of cassettes through the determination unit. The conveyance mechanism can convey the bills from any cassette of the plurality of cassettes to other cassettes through the determination unit.
Paper sheet recycling and printing apparatus, printing apparatus, and paper sheet recycling apparatus
There is provided a paper sheet recycling and printing apparatus including: a paper sheet recycling section which manufactures a recycled paper sheet under a first condition and a second condition different from the first condition; a first recycled paper sheet storage section in which the recycled paper sheet manufactured under the first condition is stored; a second recycled paper sheet storage section in which the recycled paper sheet manufactured under the second condition is stored; and a printing section to which the recycled paper sheet manufactured under the first condition is supplied from the first recycled paper sheet storage section and which prints recording information on a recording target medium including the recycled paper sheet.
Sheet transport with one-way clutch to disengage separation shaft
In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a sheet transport device is described. The sheet transport device includes a pickup roller to insert a sheet into a sheet path. A pair of separation rollers of the sheet transportation device form a nip that advances the sheet along the sheet path. A first separation shaft on which a first separation roller is disposed rotates in a first direction as the sheet is advanced and a second separation shaft on which a second separation roller is disposed also rotates in the first direction as the sheet is advanced. The second separation roller is driven in a second direction via a torque limiter. A motor rotates the shafts. A one-way clutch is disposed on the second separation shaft to disengage the second separation shaft from the motor when the motor is operating in a reverse mode.
