The first side-guide is movable in the width direction. The image recording apparatus further includes a second side-guide located downstream of the pair of conveying rollers and upstream of the recoding unit in the conveying direction, the second side-guide being configured to come into contact with at least one of opposite ends of the sheet in the width direction and movable in the width direction.
Sheet supplying apparatus, image forming apparatus
It is an object of the present invention to provide sheet supplying apparatus. The sheet supplying apparatus has a tray; a guide mechanism; a movement conversion mechanism; a rotary member; a cam and slider mechanism and a compression spring. The movement conversion mechanism converts an up and down motion of the tray to a rotational motion. The rotary member comprises a transmitted portion configured to receive a rotational motion converted from the up and down motion of the tray in cooperation with the movement conversion mechanism and a driven portion configured to receive a rotational driving force to lift the tray. The cam and slider mechanism converts the rotational motion of the rotary member to a linear motion of a linearly movable member. The compression spring elastically presses the linearly movable member of the cam and slider mechanism in the rotational axis direction to lift the tray.
TENSIONING MECHANISM FOR A TEXTILE FEED TO A STEPPED OPERATION DIGITAL TEXTILE PRINTER
A textile feed for a stepped operation digital textile printer, comprises a textile feeding mechanism, and a tension storage mechanism. The textile feeding mechanism feeds the textile in a forward direction onto the printer, but is at the same time mechanically connected to a tension storage mechanism which is tensioned by the forward feeding. At the end of the feed step, the tension storage mechanism releases respectively stored tension to cause the feed mechanism to briefly reverse feed, thereby to pull the textile taut and take up any slack caused by the feeding step. The textile is thus kept taut, to allow effective digital printing by the printer.
Sheet conveying device having a corrugation member and image forming apparatus therewith
A sheet conveying device has a pair of upper discharge rollers including a first discharge roller and a first following roller, a second discharge tray, a corrugation member, and a moving mechanism. The first discharge roller is rotatable in forward and reverse directions. The corrugation member corrugates the sheet by making contact with its sheet face. The moving mechanism moves the corrugation member between a first position, where it makes contact with the sheet face of the sheet, and a second position, where it is located above, away from, the nip portion of the pair of upper discharge rollers. An image forming apparatus incorporates such a sheet conveying device.
Apparatus for collecting sheets and apparatus for forming images
Provided is an apparatus provided with a collection tray for receiving a discharged sheet and shifting, a discharge unit (binding unit constituting a part of a sheet processing apparatus) for discharging a sheet, a shift rail (up-and-down rail including an up-and-down rack) provided in the discharge unit to permit a shift of the collection tray corresponding to a sheet collection amount of the collection tray, a drive member (up-and-down motor) that shifts the collection tray along the shift rail, and an extension rail capable of being added and set onto the shift rail to extend a shift range of the collection tray. By this means, it is possible to increase a collection amount of sheets relatively with ease.
SHEET DISCHARGE DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM, AND SHEET POST-PROCESSING DEVICE
A present sheet post-processing device includes a first tray for stacking a sheet, a processing tray that temporarily stacks conveyed sheets until the number of the sheets reaches a predetermined number, and a discharge mechanism that discharges the sheets stacked on the processing tray onto the first tray. A sheet bundle forming unit divides, when forming a first sheet bundle on the first tray, sheets constituting the first sheet bundle into a plurality of sets and discharges the sheets a plurality of times for each set. At this time, a number of sheets included in a sheet set that constitutes a first sheet bundle and that is discharged at the first time is set smaller than a number of sheets included in a sheet set that constitutes a second sheet bundle and that is discharged at the first time.
SHEET DISCHARGE DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM, AND SHEET POST-PROCESSING DEVICE
The present invention is to provide a sheet discharge device capable of preventing the lowermost sheet on a tray from being displaced. A present sheet post-processing device includes a first tray for stacking a sheet, a processing tray that temporarily stacks conveyed sheets until a number of the sheets reaches a predetermined number, and a discharge mechanism that discharges the sheets stacked on the processing tray onto the first tray. A sheet bundle forming unit divides, when forming a first sheet bundle on the first tray, sheets constituting the first sheet bundle into a plurality of sets and discharges the sheets a plurality of times for each set. At this time, a number of sheets included in a sheet set to be discharged at the first time is smaller than a maximum number of sheets included in sheet sets to be discharged at the second and subsequent times.
BIOSENSOR STRIP DISPENSING APPARATUS AND STRIP CARTRIDGE USED BY BEING COUPLED THERETO
Disclosed are a biosensor strip dispensing apparatus and a strip cartridge used by being coupled thereto. The present invention enables opening of a dispensing hole and dispensing of a strip to be performed simultaneously by an open plate and a dispensing plate which move by being interlocked with each other, and thus the present invention can form a biosensor strip dispensing apparatus which enables a strip to be easily dispensed when using the strip, has a great strip protection effect due to sealing of the inner part of a body, and has a compact size. In addition, the present invention enables a strip to be upwardly pressed by an up-and-down elastic unit, while adjusting the elastic force upwardly applied by a friction elastic unit so that the amount of change in a frictional force applied between the uppermost strip and a protrusion is reduced, and thus, the present invention can form a strip cartridge by which a strip is easily dispensed.
Sheet ejection device, sheet post-processing device including the same and image forming system
A sheet ejection device includes an ejection roller pair, a stacking tray, a protrusion member and a movement mechanism. The protrusion member is supported to be able to reciprocate between a protrusion position and a retraction position in a predetermined movement direction. The movement mechanism includes: a rotation shaft; a holding member; and a rack and pinion mechanism which includes a pinion gear and a rack gear. In at least a part of the rack gear in the movement direction, a narrow width region is provided which includes a narrow width gear and a cutout portion. In the narrow width region, the pinion gear is slidable between a meshing position and a release position, and in a state where the pinion gear has slid to the release position, the protrusion member can be relatively moved with respect to the pinion gear in the movement direction.
Document conveying device
A document conveying device according to the present disclosure includes a sheet feeding tray, a discharge tray, a feeding roller, a first lifting mechanism, a conveying mechanism, a support member and a second mechanism. On the sheet feeding tray, a document is stacked. The discharge tray is provided below the sheet feeding tray. The feeding roller feeds the document on the sheet feeding tray. The first lifting mechanism supports both end portions of the sheet feeding tray in a width direction intersecting a conveying direction of the document, and lifts and lowers the sheet feeding tray such that an upper surface of the document comes in contact with the feeding roller. The support member supports the sheet feeding feed tray on an upstream side of the first lifting mechanism in the conveying direction. The second lifting mechanism lifts and lowers the support member in synchronization with the sheet feeding tray.
