Heat Shrink Film with Increased Tear Strength.
This invention is related to film wrapping bundles of articles or articles with heat shrink film by providing a film having folded edges to increase tear resistance.
Slitter-winder for winding of pulp webs
A slitter-winder for winding of pulp webs or corresponding webs with a thickness of at least 0.5 mm, in which the winder is a two-drum winder having two winding drums on support of which at least two pulp web rolls are wound. At least one of the winding drums is a nip acceptance winding drum (NAWD), that is a winding drum with a cover having a hardness of 40-80 Shore A and a thickness of 3-50 mm. The winding drums and a steel core or a shaft of the at least two pulp web rolls have parallel rotation axes and are in a rolling contact where the at least one winding drum is driven.
Automatic teller machine
An automatic teller machine includes a guide, shafts and rollers. The guide extends in a conveyance direction along which papers are conveyed and includes a conveyance surface on which the papers are conveyed. The shafts are retained in the guide, and the rollers are turnably supported by the shafts. The guide includes a roller slot in which the rollers are disposed, and pairs of shaft slots that are opposingly formed to sandwich the roller slot. Each pair of shaft slots retains two ends of one of the shafts. The guide may include protrusion portions in the shaft slots that protrude in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance surface, and the shafts may include holes through which the protrusion portions are inserted when the shafts are retained in the shaft slots. Projection portions may be formed at the guide, projecting from predetermined positions of inner faces of the shaft slots, and the projection portions may abut against the shafts when the shafts are retained in the shaft slots.
Method for winding a material sheet and winding device
A method for winding a material sheet, in particular a plastic film, by a winding device, wherein the material sheet is guided from at least one first roller to at least one second roller in a conveying direction. At least one cutting device is arranged between the first roller and the second roller to cut the material sheet into at least two partial sheets. The partial sheets are each wound up into a bobbin in the conveying direction behind the second roller. The at least one first roller and the at least one second roller are each driven by a drive so that the tensile stress in the material sheet or in the partial sheets changes periodically over time in the conveying direction of the material sheet.
Aligner, sheet processing apparatus, and sheet width alignment method
Provided is an aligner capable of aligning a sheet during transport in a direction orthogonal to a transport direction. The aligner includes: a transport path; a linear-motion transport unit that generates a drive force in a transport direction along the transport path to a sheet on the transport path; a left-skew transport unit that is disposed in a left direction with respect to the transport direction of the linear-motion transport unit and generates a drive force in a left-oblique direction inclined in the left direction to the sheet on the transport path; and a right-skew transport unit that is disposed in a right direction with respect to the transport direction of the linear-motion transport unit and generates a drive force in a right-oblique direction inclined in the right direction to the sheet on the transport path.
DUAL ROLLER APPLICATOR FOR SEAM TAPE
A one-handed tool for use in application of seam tape or seaming tape. The device has a frame with an upper support with an ergonomic grip, with a finger guard or shield extending across the front of the grip to protect the user's fingers. A primary roller support and a secondary roller support extend downward from upper support. Each roller support comprises a pair of parallel arms extending downward at angles behind and in front of the upper support when in use, supporting a primary roller and a secondary roller, respectively. The primary roller is used to apply pressure to the seaming tape, while the secondary roller is used for stability and to apply additional pressure to the edges of the seaming tape. A retractable blade or knife may be located on one or more roller supports.
CABLE BARRIER WINCH SYSTEM
A winch system for tightening and tensioning barrier cables for cable barrier systems includes a fairlead vertically movable with respect to the winch assembly. The winch system is connected to a base frame that can be attached to a vehicle for moving and for providing power to the winch and movement of the fairlead. The vertically movable fairlead allows each barrier cable to be positioned and tensioned while supported by the post of the cable barrier system to avoid damage to the posts and negatively impacting the operational strength of the cable barrier system.
