Roller assembly for a dispenser
A pinch roller assembly for a sheet product dispenser includes a roller body and a plurality of clips. The roller body includes a plurality of grooves. The roller body is rotatably associated with the plurality of clips, each clip being disposed in one of the plurality of grooves.
CONVEYOR AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A conveyor includes: a first guide plate including: a first roller shaft; and a first roller having a first hardness and attached to the first roller shaft; and a second guide plate disposed opposite to the first guide plate and including: a second roller shaft; a second roller having a second hardness higher than the first hardness of the first roller and attached to the second roller shaft, wherein parallelism between the first roller shaft and the second roller shaft is variable, and the first guide plate and the second guide plate guide the target, and the first roller and the second roller nips and conveys the target in a conveyance direction.
TRANSPORT MONITORING CONTROL DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A transport monitoring control device includes a pair of rollers configured to transport a recording medium while nipping the recording medium therebetween, the pair of rollers having circumferential surfaces coming in contact with the recording medium, the circumferential surfaces being different from each other in hardness, a driving unit configured to drive the pair of rollers, a detector configured to detect waveforms related to a load of the driving unit, an extractor configured to extract a peak waveform having an extreme point temporarily exceeding a predetermined threshold value, from among the waveforms detected by the detector, and a determining unit configured to determine whether multi-feed of the recording medium is present, based on the number of peak waveforms extracted by the extractor.
ROLLER SUPPORT MECHANISM, SHEET CONVEYING DEVICE INCLUDING ROLLER SUPPORT MECHANISM, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A roller support mechanism includes a pair of support plates, concave groove portions, and sliding bearing portions. The support plates are formed from an elastic material and disposed to face each other. The concave groove portions are formed in the support plates and each include an opening portion, two arc rims, and a straight line rim. The arc rims extend in a groove depth direction of the concave groove portion from opposite ends of the opening portion. The straight line rim extends straightly and connects extention ends of the arc rims. The sliding bearing portions have bearing holes in which a rotation shaft of a roller member is inserted. In a state where the rotation shaft is inserted in the bearing holes, the sliding bearing portions are pressed into the concave groove portions so as to be in close contact with their inner circumferential surfaces and unrotatably attached to them.
Roll-to-roll substrates transferring unit and method of processing substrates using the substrates transferring unit
A flexible and continuous substrates-conveying sheet has a plurality of to be processed substrates disposed on or in it. A nondestructive transferring unit includes a plurality of first transferring rolls and a plurality of second transferring rolls. The first transferring rolls make contact with a first surface of the substrates-conveying sheet where that surface can have electrostatically-induced charge formed thereon. Each of the first transferring rolls includes a first central portion charged with a positive electric charge and a first outer portion surrounding the first central portion. The second transferring rolls make contact with the first surface of the substrates-conveying sheet. The second transferring rolls are disposed alternately with the first transferring rolls. Each of the second transferring rolls includes a second central portion charged with a negative electric charge and a second outer portion surrounding the second central portion.
Separator tension control device for stacking secondary batteries
Proposed is a separator tension control device for stacking a separator of a secondary battery, the device including a separator stacking member (110) having a separator stacking unit (112) installed on an upper surface of a table (111) such that negative and positive plates of a secondary battery are alternately stacked by a separator (132), and a fixing plate (114) which allows a separator supply member (130) and a separator dancer member (150) to be installed thereon, the separator supply member (130) installed on one side of the separator stacking unit (112) so as to supply the separator (132) to the separator stacking unit (112), and the separator dancer member (150) installed on an upper side of the separator stacking member (110) such that the separator (132) supplied from the separator supply member (130) is supplied with constant tension.
Paper feeding roll and method for manufacturing same
A paper feeding roll includes a shaft body and an elastic material layer. A first outer diameter portion and a second outer diameter portion having a larger outer diameter than the first outer diameter portion are provided in a portion where the elastic material layer is provided. A sloping portion is provided connecting between the first and second outer diameter portions so that the outer diameter varies along an axial direction. The sloping portion occupies 3% to 80% of the portion where the elastic material layer is provided. A difference in outer diameter between the first and second outer diameter portions is 50 m to 1,000 m. Protrusions that form surface unevenness are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the elastic material layer. Surface roughness of the first outer diameter portion is 50% to 200% of a step difference between the first and second outer diameter portions.
WEB SINGULATION FOR FEEDING ELECTRODES TO BATTERY STACKER
Disclosed are techniques for reducing out-of-plane protrusions while singulating an electrode from a web. In some embodiments, feed rollers feed perforated web material from a roll, tear and position rollers receive a portion of the perforated web material from the feed rollers, and a servo motor changes speed of at least one of the feed rollers and tear and position rollers to thereby generate a tearing force, applied to the portion of the perforated web material, that singulates the portion in a predefined shape of an electrode.
INSPECTING APPARATUS, AND AN INKJET PRINTING APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME
An inspecting apparatus for inspecting print images printed on a transparent printing medium. The apparatus includes a first transport roller for transporting the transparent printing medium; a second transport roller spaced from the first transport roller, and disposed downstream in a transport direction, for transporting the transparent printing medium; a photographing device for photographing the print images located in an inspection area; and a light emitting device for emitting light for photographing the print images located in the inspection area. The first transport roller and second transport roller have outer circumferential surfaces thereof each with a light absorbing member for absorbing the light from the light emitting device.
