Automatic teller machine
An automatic teller machine includes a guide, shafts and rollers. The guide extends in a conveyance direction along which papers are conveyed and includes a conveyance surface on which the papers are conveyed. The shafts are retained in the guide, and the rollers are turnably supported by the shafts. The guide includes a roller slot in which the rollers are disposed, and pairs of shaft slots that are opposingly formed to sandwich the roller slot. Each pair of shaft slots retains two ends of one of the shafts. The guide may include protrusion portions in the shaft slots that protrude in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance surface, and the shafts may include holes through which the protrusion portions are inserted when the shafts are retained in the shaft slots. Projection portions may be formed at the guide, projecting from predetermined positions of inner faces of the shaft slots, and the projection portions may abut against the shafts when the shafts are retained in the shaft slots.
DISCHARGE APPARATUS AND DETACHABLE TRAY
A discharge apparatus includes: a discharge mechanism including a discharge port and discharging a recording medium from the discharge port in a first direction; a receiving member having a receiving surface which receives the recording medium discharged from the discharge port; an abutting member haying an abutting surface which abuts against an upstream end or a downstream end in the first direction of the recording medium received by the receiving surface; and guide members extending upward beyond the receiving surface and guiding the recording medium which is discharged from the discharge port to fall toward the receiving surface, from both sides in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and parallel to the receiving surface. The guide members respectively include protruding portions protruding inward in the second direction and extending in a longitudinal direction of the guide members.
Strip deflection device
A strip deflection device (1) for deflecting a strip (2), in particular a metal strip, at an angle: at least one deflecting cylinder (3) around which the strip (2) can be deflected by a deflection angle (7) while maintaining strip tension. The angle is defined by the inlet direction (14) and the outlet direction (15) of the strip (2). Rollers (20) on the circumference of the deflection cylinder (3), form bearing faces of equal height for the strip (2) along a wrap around the cylinder. The deflection cylinder (3) can be adjusted between a first (31) and a second operating position (32) preferably perpendicular by an adjusting device (16). Each operating position (31, 32) is associated with a respective arrangement (10, 11) of the rollers (20) and the rollers in that arrangement (10, 11) are oriented in a direction that corresponds to the wrap around the cylinder.
Sheet conveying device and image forming apparatus including the same
A sheet conveying device includes a switchback unit, a first conveying path, a second conveying path, a switching member, and a convey roller. The first conveying path conveys a sheet to the switchback unit. The second conveying path receives the sheet after the conveying direction is switched by the switchback unit. The switching member rotates about a rotation fulcrum axis extending in a sheet width direction so as to switch between a first attitude for guiding the sheet from the first conveying path to the switchback unit and a second attitude for guiding the sheet from the switchback unit to the second conveying path. The convey roller includes a rotation shaft disposed on the same axis as the rotation fulcrum axis of the switching member and has an outer circumference surface protruding more than a sheet guiding surface of the switching member.
Sheet feeder and image forming apparatus
A sheet feeder includes a tray configured to load a sheet to be fed thereon. The tray has a tray upper face and a pair of cursors. The tray upper face has a recessed portion, a guide plate and a feeding route. The recessed portion extends along the width direction on an upstream side from the pair of cursors in the feeding direction. The guide plate is configured to cover an upper side of the recessed portion. The feeding route is formed between the recessed portion and the guide plate and extending from an inlet port positioned on an upstream side to an outlet port positioned on a downstream side along the feeding direction. The sheet in a state of being passed through the feeding route is aligned with the pair of cursors on the tray upper face and then fed.
Device for stacking flat items
A device for stacking flat items has stacking wheels which have stacking fingers and, located between the stacking fingers, compartments for receiving flat items to be stacked, a conveying device for conveying the flat items into the compartments of the stacking wheels, a stripper for removing the flat items from the compartments of the stacking wheels, a support for receiving the flat items removed from the compartments of the stacking wheels and for forming a stack of flat items, in which at least one first stacking wheel mounted on a first shaft and at least one second stacking wheel mounted on a second shaft are provided.
