Media dispenser cassette mechanism (MDCM)
A compact and cost effective Media Dispenser Cassette Mechanism (MDCM) in the ATMs, which functions as a complete cash and media dispenser on its own. Each Media Dispenser Cassette (MDC) comprises a cover head assembly (101), a main frame assembly (102), a bottom cover assembly (103) and a top cover assembly (104). The main frame assembly (102) comprises a main path roller assembly (301), a motor assembly (302), a picker assembly (303), a shaft driver assembly (304), a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) mounting plate assembly (305), a note pick assembly (306), an idler assembly (307), a roller assembly (316), and a main transport and a roller assembly (320). The MDC independently controls transporting and delivers note by note which is collected by bunch of cash presenter and then delivered to the user as a bunch of cash thereby shortening the note travel, eliminating jam conditions and note rejections.
SHEET SORTING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet sorting apparatus includes a second tray arranged below a first tray detachable from a main body having a first discharge port corresponding to the first tray and a second discharge port corresponding to the second tray, a discharge unit, a tray detecting unit, and a control unit. The discharge unit discharges a sheet toward the first or second discharge port. In a state that the first tray is detached from the main body and the discharge unit discharges sheets from the first discharge port to the second tray and then the first tray is detected as attached to the main body, the control unit selects a discharge destination of a second sheet, subsequent to a first sheet discharged and stacked first after the first tray is attached to the main body, such that the second sheet is stacked on a tray having the first sheet thereon.
SHEET STACKING DEVICE, SHEET POST-PROCESSING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS PROVIDED WITH SHEET POST-PROCESSING DEVICE
A controller of a sheet stacking device executes tray elevating processing and sheet stacking processing. The tray elevating processing is processing in which when a sensor detects an uppermost sheet, the controller once lowers a stacking tray, and lifts the stacking tray until the sensor detects the uppermost sheet. The sheet stacking processing is processing in which the controller arranges a guide arm at an advanced position to guide the sheet, arranges the guide arm at a retracted position before a rear end of the sheet passes the sheet discharge portion, and stacks the sheet on the stacking tray after the rear end of the sheet passes the sheet discharge portion. The controller executes the tray elevating processing in a state where the guide arm is disposed at the advanced position during the execution of the sheet stacking processing.
Manual tray device and image forming apparatus
A manual tray device comprises a tray storage body; a tray main body rotatably supported on the tray storage body with a lower end side as a rotation fulcrum; an assistance tray arranged at an upstream side of the tray main body in a sheet feed direction; a rotation regulation link, one end part side of the rotation regulation link being rotatably supported on the tray storage body, the other end part side being slidably supported on the tray main body in a predetermined stroke range; and an interlocking mechanism configured to interlock displacement of the other end part side of the rotation regulation link with forward and backward displacement of the assistance tray. The assistance tray protrudes from the tray main body in a state where rotation of the tray main body in the opening direction is regulated by the rotation regulation link.
FEEDING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A feeding device includes a first feeding unit, a second feeding unit, and a fixing structure. The first feeding unit feeds a first recording medium. The second feeding unit is located below the first feeding unit and feeds a second recording medium. The fixing structure takes a first posture or a second posture differing from the first posture. The fixing structure fixes the second feeding unit to the first feeding unit when the fixing structure is in the first posture. The fixing structure fixes the second feeding unit to the first feeding unit by fixing a third frame member of the second feeding unit to a second frame member of the first feeding unit. When the fixing structure is in the second posture, the fixing structure releases linkage between the second feeding unit and the first feeding unit.
PRINTING CASSETTE AND PRINTER
A printing cassette includes: a case including a first case portion, a second case portion, and a third case portion; a first tape, at least a portion of which is accommodated in the third case portion; and a gear, a portion of which is accommodated in the second case portion and the other portion of which is located outside of the case, the gear being rotatable about a rotation axis parallel to a first direction. The first case portion has an outlet through which the first tape is discharged. The first case portion, the second case portion, and the third case portion are disposed in an order of the first case portion, the second case portion, and the third case portion in the first direction.
Image forming apparatus and method of controlling an image forming apparatus
An image forming apparatus includes an image forming unit configured to form an image on a sheet, a cassette configured to accommodate sheets to be supplied to the image forming unit, an opening mechanism configured to open the cassette, a motion sensor configured to detect a motion of a person, and a processor configured to control the opening mechanism to open the cassette in response to the motion sensor detecting a specific motion of a person.
Cassette push plate locking device
A cassette push plate locking device capable of absorbing impact to the cassette push plate according to the present disclosure, includes a cassette push plate disposed in a cassette, a locking lever that is movable by switching of a cassette door; and a locking unit including a torque limiter that allows the cassette push plate to move over a predetermined force and prevents the cassette push plate from moving under the predetermined force.
SHEET FEEDING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet feeding apparatus includes a sheet supporting portion including a supporting surface, an abutment portion against which a leading edge of the sheet abuts, a feeding rotator configured to feed the sheet, a first friction member provided on the supporting surface so as to face the feeding rotator, the first friction member including a first friction surface having a static friction coefficient greater than that of the supporting surface, a trailing end supporting portion configured to support a trailing end portion of the sheet curved upward, and a second friction member disposed upstream of the first friction member in the sheet feeding direction on the supporting surface, the second friction member including a second friction surface which has a static friction coefficient greater than that of the supporting surface and is configured to be in contact with the sheet supported by the supporting surface.
