Paper Sheet Stacking Apparatus and Image Forming System
A paper sheet stacking apparatus, includes: a first tray that stacks a paper sheet; a sheet discharger that discharges a paper sheet supplied from the outside of the apparatus to the first tray; a second tray that receives the paper sheet stacked on the first tray and discharges the received paper sheet to the outside of the apparatus; and a hardware processor that controls operation states of the first tray and the second tray, wherein the first tray and the second tray have: a first operation state in which the first tray is positioned at a paper sheet stacking position; a second operation state in which the paper sheet stacked on the first tray is deliverable to the second tray; and a third operation state in which the first tray that has delivered the paper sheet to the second tray is returned to the paper sheet stacking position.
STACKER DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A stacker device includes: a discharger that discharges sheets in response to a print job; a first tray on which the discharged sheets are stacked; a second tray that serves as a delivery destination of the sheets stacked on the first tray; a shutter that covers an opening on a front side of a housing; a driver that moves the first tray in an up-down direction; and a hardware processor that shuts off power to the driver based on a height position of the shutter and a position of the second tray in a front-rear direction.
SHEET SUPPLYING APPARATUS, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
It is an object of the present invention to provide method for receiving sheets for a sheet supplying apparatus. The method includes converting an up and down motion of a tray to a rotational motion of a rotary member by a movement conversion mechanism, converting the rotational motion of the rotary member around a rotational axis to a linear motion of a cylindrical member parallel to the rotational axis by the rotary member and a cam and slider mechanism, and elastically pressing an end portion of the cylindrical member of the cam and slider mechanism in the rotational axis direction to lift the tray by a compression spring.
STACKING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A stacking apparatus for loading a recording medium output from an image forming apparatus includes a movable tray that is ejectable to an outside of the stacking apparatus after the recording medium output from the image forming apparatus is stacked on the movable tray, and a hardware processor that controls a position of the movable tray based on a current position of the movable tray and a setting condition for determining control content of the movable tray, wherein the hardware processor stores the movable tray inside the stacking apparatus, when the movable tray is currently positioned on the outside of the stacking apparatus and the setting condition satisfies a storage condition for executing storage control for moving the movable tray from the outside to an inside of the stacking apparatus so as to store the movable tray inside the stacking apparatus.
SHEET FEEDING DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS INCORPORATING THE SHEET FEEDING DEVICE, AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM INCORPORATING THE SHEET FEEDING DEVICE
A sheet feeding device includes a sheet loader, a sheet feeder, and an end fence. The sheet loader is configured to load a sheet bundle including sheets. The sheet feeder is configured to feed an uppermost sheet of the sheet bundle loaded on the sheet loader. The end fence is disposed movable in a sheet feeding direction of the uppermost sheet and is configured to contact a trailing end of the sheet bundle in the sheet feeding direction to regulate a position of the trailing end of the sheet bundle. The end fence includes an elastic body configured to contact the trailing end of the sheet bundle at a portion other than at least an upper portion of the end fence.
MODULE TO INCREASE MEDIUM STORAGE CAPACITY
A module, the module including: a first side, a second side, a top, and a bottom; an output port on the first side to feed medium to a side port of an imaging device; a communication port to communicate with the imaging device; and an intake port on the bottom of the module to receive medium from a first medium storage tray.
Stacking apparatus and feeding apparatus
In a sheet stacking apparatus, a first notch portion in which a first limiting member is movable and a second notch portion in which a second limiting member is movable are formed in a stacking surface of a stacking unit, and the first and second notch portions are arranged such that a minimum distance between the first notch portion and a center of the stacking unit in the widthwise direction is shorter than a minimum distance between the second notch portion and the center of the stacking unit in the widthwise direction.
SHEET CONVEYANCE DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A sheet conveyance device includes a cover member, a sheet stacking tray, a control portion, and an optical sensor. The cover member has a stationary rib that enters and retreats from an optical path along with opening and closing of the cover member, and a swingable rib that enters and retreats from the optical path along with up-down movement of the sheet on the sheet stacking tray. The control portion, based on an amount of received light incident on the optical sensor, detects an opened state and a closed state of the cover member and an up-down position of the sheet stacked on the sheet stacking tray.
Sheet feed device and image forming apparatus including the same
A sheet feed device includes: a stacking tray on which sheets are stacked in such a manner as to be capable of being lifted and lowered; and a position restricting member configured to come into contact with a sheet end portion to restrict a position of the sheets. The position restricting member is provided to an opening/closing member capable of being opened and closed. When the opening/closing member is closed, the position restricting member restricts a position of the sheet end portion in an opening/closing direction of the opening/closing member.
Stacking apparatus, feeding apparatus, and image forming apparatus
A stacking apparatus includes a limiting member which moves along a feeding direction and limits a trailing edge of a stacked sheet in the feeding direction, and a partition member which partitions a space at a height which is lower than a predetermined height, into a first space corresponding to a first stacking unit and a second space corresponding to a second stacking unit in a feeding direction. The partition member includes a first opening portion for communicating the first space and the second space with each other, and a second opening portion that allows the limiting member to move.
