Sheet conveyance apparatus and image forming apparatus
A sheet conveyance apparatus includes a storage unit storing a sheet, a conveyance member to convey a sheet, a support shaft portion, and a separation unit. The support shaft portion has one end fixed to a main body of the sheet conveyance apparatus and the other end as a free end that is not fixed to the main body. The separation unit pinches and conveys a sheet with the conveyance member and separates a plurality of sheets stored in and fed from the storage unit one by one. The separation unit includes a separation member that is supported by the support shaft portion and rotatable with the support shaft portion, and a holding member to hold the separation member. By moving the holding member in an axial direction of the support shaft portion, the separation unit is removed from the apparatus with the holding member holding the separation member.
Line for the production of spools of web material
The line comprises: an unwinding section (3) for unwinding parent reels (Ba, Bb, Bm) of web material (Na, Nb), with at least a first unwinding station (5; 7); at least a winding station (15) downstream of the unwinding section (3); a feed path from the unwinding section (3) toward the winding station (15); The unwinding section (3) is associated with a loading arrangement of the parent reels (Bm), which comprises: an upender (253; 306) configured to upend the parent reels (Bm) positioning them with their axis horizontal; and a loading robot (263; 313), configured to position a parent reel (Bm; Ba, Bb) on an unwinding mandrel (9) of the unwinding section (3).
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR STORING AND DISPENSING ROLLED MATERIAL
A device and method for storing and dispensing rolled material are disclosed. The device for storing and dispensing rolled material supports one or more rolls of material, such as wrapping paper. The rolls may be rotated to select a desired roll. A desired roll may have a desired length of material extended from the device without removing the roll from its support within the device. The desired length of material may be cut using a hand tool or using an attached cutting component, which may rotate into position for cutting or may slide along the material as it cuts it. The device may also be enclosed in a storage container, which may be partially or completely opened to access a desired roll of material. The container may also include additional compartments for supplies, such as ribbons.
Image forming apparatus
An image forming apparatus includes: a housing; a feed tray insertable into and removable from the housing and accommodating a sheet-shaped medium; a feed roller feeding the sheet-shaped medium; an image forming device; and a movement mechanism. The feed tray includes: a first accommodation portion accommodating a roll body, a first sheet-shaped medium being rolled in a roll shape as the roll body; and a second accommodation portion accommodating a second sheet-shaped medium which is shorter than the first sheet-shaped medium. The movement mechanism moves to a first position where the feed roller contacts the first sheet-shaped medium unrolled from the roll body accommodated in the first accommodation portion and a second position where the feed roller contacts the second sheet-shaped medium accommodated in the second accommodation portion.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING A CUSHIONING WRAP MATERIAL
A dunnage conversion apparatus for dispensing a cushioning wrap material from a roll of expandable slit sheet material is described. The roll of expandable slit sheet material includes an expandable slit sheet material in an unexpanded state. The expandable slit sheet material is pulled from the roll of expandable slit sheet material and expanded to a pre-expanded state and an expanded state. To expand the expandable slit sheet material and form the cushioning wrap material, a stretching force is applied to the expandable slit sheet material in a stretching direction as it is pulled from the roll of expandable slit sheet material. Accordingly, the dunnage conversion apparatus includes a tensioning device for assisting in the application of such stretching force.
Feed device
A feed device includes: a feed tray configured to accommodate a roll, in which a medium is rolled in a roll shape, rotatably; a housing configured to support the feed tray installable; and a pull-back mechanism configured to pull back the medium unrolled from the roll in a direction orthogonal to a rotation axis of the roll in conjunction with an outward movement of the feed tray from the housing in the direction orthogonal to the rotation axis of the roll.
TAPE CARTRIDGE
The tape cartridge including a roll by around which the tape is wound in a roll shape, a cartridge case in which the roll body is accommodated and which is common to the plurality of types of the tape cartridges, a spacer portion that is provided between the cartridge case and a first end surface which is one end surface of the roll body, and has a varying size in a tape width direction depending on the type of the tape cartridge such that a position of the center of the tape is common to the plurality of types of the tape cartridges in the tape width direction, and an urging member that is provided between the cartridge case and a second end surface which is another end surface of the roll body and urges the roll body to a first end surface side.
RECORDING APPARATUS
A recording apparatus includes a printing unit that performs a recording on a sheet, a third sheet feed unit that mounts a roll body on which the sheet is wound in a roll shape, unwinds the sheet from the roll body, and supplies the sheet to the printing unit, and a pressing portion that presses the roll body mounted on the third sheet feed unit, in which the pressing portion presses the mounted roll body in a direction opposite to a direction of taking out the roll body from the third sheet feed unit.
HANDHELD COILED MATERIAL DISPENSER
The disclosed devices and methods relate to a wire mesh dispensing device which improves the storage, transportation, dispensing, and rewinding of coiled materials, particularly in construction and building maintenance settings such as solar energy and pest mitigation. The dispenser resolves problems from coiled materials prone to expansion or unwinding, leading to storage challenges and safety risks. It features enclosing structures that prevent the coil from expanding beyond a set volume, side plates that keep the material layers aligned, and mechanisms for easy lifting and carrying. The device also includes a stable base with non-slip feet for secure placement on varied surfaces, rollers and a side plate to facilitate low-friction rotation for easy material dispensing in any orientation, and a rewinding mechanism for material take-up or coil tightening.
SHEET CONVEYANCE APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet conveyance apparatus includes a storage unit storing a sheet, a conveyance member to convey a sheet, a support shaft portion, and a separation unit.
