APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FEEDING CARTON BLANKS FROM A MAGAZINE TO CARRIERS
An apparatus for fetching a blank from a magazine holding a number of blanks is presented. Each of the blanks is a sleeve shaped piece of packaging material folded planar. The apparatus comprises a rotary feeder provided with a gripper. The rotary feeder and the gripper are arranged to rotate around a main rotational axis, such that the gripper is moved between a fetching position in which a blank is fetched and a releasing position in which the blank is released. The gripper is arranged to rotate around a gripper specific rotational axis, such that fetching the blank in the fetching position is facilitated.
Folding or interfolding unit for folding or interfolding sheets of paper
A folding or interfolding unit includes first and second folding or interfolding rolls to fold or interfold the sheets of paper according to a predetermined folding or interfolding configuration. The first and second folding or interfolding rolls include, respectively, a tubular body configured to rotate in a predetermined direction of rotation about a longitudinal rotation axis, and gripping groups, each of which includes a mechanical gripping member configured to move, at a gripping point, from an opening position to a closing position, which is arranged to mechanically hold the sheets up to a releasing point. Each gripping group includes at least one suction hole associated to each mechanical gripping member. A vacuum distribution device selectively pneumatically connects at least one suction hole at a time to a device for generating a predetermined vacuum degree, to cause the sheets of paper to adhere between starting and ending positions.
Coil replacing device
A coil replacing device. When a first unreeling assembly at an unreeling station finishes unreeling, a fixing suction member can be driven by a first driver abutting against a first suction member clamping a working material tape, a first cutting assembly cuts off the working material tape, and the cut working material tape is sucked by the fixing suction member. Then, a vertical plate slides to make a second unreeling assembly enter the unreeling station, a material tape sucked by a second suction member will also enter the unreeling station as a spare material tape, and the first unreeling assembly will be removed from the unreeling station. The fixing suction member is driven by the first driver to abut against the second suction member, so as to realize coil replacing, and the first unreeling assembly can be loaded with a new material tape to serve as a spare material tape.
Automatic supply apparatus of secondary battery electrodes and method of automatically supplying secondary battery electrodes
An automatic supply apparatus of secondary battery electrodes, which includes an electrode supply hoist 120; a supply shuttle 130 receiving electrodes in the form of reels from the electrode supply hoist 120; a first unwinder 140 and a second unwinder 150 disposed at a position the supply shuttle 130 comes forward. A notching facility 110 is disposed at a position where the supply shuttle 130 comes forward, and the first unwinder 140 is disposed in the notching facility 110, the second unwinder 150 is mounted on the notching facility 110 and disposed at a downward position of the first unwinder 140, and a tape supply device 160 is provided at a front position of the notching facility 110 so as to be disposed above the first unwinder 140. The present invention provides a system in which one automatic supply shuttle moves in the Y-axis direction to feed multiple notching facilities, and can fully automatically feed and connect without help of an operator, thereby reducing the number of workers, achieving the effect of reducing space and reducing costs compared to the conventional system.
Lifting Device and Electrode Sheet Transfer Apparatus Using the Same
Disclosed is a lifting device and an electrode sheet transfer apparatus using the same. The lifting device is a device for lifting a sheet-shaped member, and includes a main suction plate configured to make surface contact with a central portion of the sheet-shaped member and adsorb the central portion; a sub suction plate configured to make surface contact with an edge portion of the sheet-shaped member located outside the central portion and adsorb the edge portion; and a lifting unit connected to the main suction plate and the sub suction plate respectively to raise or lower the main suction plate and the sub suction plate, wherein the lifting unit is configured to lift the main suction plate and the sub suction plate when the main suction plate and the sub suction plate adsorb the sheet-shaped member, so that the sub suction plate is raised before the main suction plate.
