The deck includes a plurality of hookable portions, and a pair of skateboard trucks coupled with a bottom side of the deck. The skateboard truck includes a pair of skateboard wheels. The system includes a plurality of resistance bands includes an elastic resistance band, a handle coupled with the distal end of the elastic resistance band, and a connecter clip coupled with the proximate end of the elastic resistance band. The connecter clip is attachable to one of the hookable portions. The system includes a stopper base. The stopper base includes a flat pad having a pair of grooves configured to hold each pair of skateboard wheels in a fixed position.

The invention can replace tension springs with different torques to obtain different surfing feelings.

Improved balance boards feature a combination of components that increases versatility and challenges with use. An elongated deck has a lower surface with a lengthwise recess configured to receive ground-contacting apparatus enabling a user to practice balancing on the board while standing on the upper surface of the deck. The ground-contacting apparatus may be balls of different sizes, rolling pins, or inserts with rollers, wheels, or non-rotating skateboard trucks. The inserts may have a peripheral edge that corresponds to the peripheral outline of the recess, and may be held in position using hook-and-loop fasteners, magnetic elements, or fasteners that extend through the insert and the deck.

A stand-up wheeled vehicle may include an electrically powered wheel and a deck configured to limit a maximum value of an angle of declination of the deck in a forward direction of travel, for example, to less than about 20 degrees, 15 degrees, 10 degrees, or 8 degrees. The deck may be asymmetric, such that a length of a first portion of the deck between the wheel and a first end of the deck is greater than a length of a second portion of the deck between the wheel and a second end of the deck. The deck may include a first surface, an opposing second surface, and a chassis disposed in the second surface. The chassis may have a cavity formed therein configured to receive a stand-up wheeled vehicle. A coupling mechanism may be utilized to removably retain the stand-up wheeled vehicle in the cavity of the chassis.
