HAND HELD ERGONOMIC ELECTRIC TAPE DISPENSER
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a handheld power-dispensing tape dispenser having a center of gravity forward of a user's hand. In an illustrative example, a tape dispenser may, for example, include a housing having a handle configured to be held by a human hand. A first roller body may, for example, be rotatably coupled to the housing to rotate about a first axis. A motor may, for example, be disposed in the first roller body. An actuator may, for example, be configured such that, in response to operation of the actuator by a user, the motor induces rotation of the first roller body about the first axis. A second roller body may, for example, be rotatably coupled to the housing and configured to rotate about a second axis substantially parallel to the first axis. Various implementations may advantageously increase stability and/or reduce operator fatigue during taping operations.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, DISPLAY CONTROL METHOD, AND COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
There are included: a plurality of feeding units configured to correspond to respective types of sheets; a detecting unit configured to detect whether or not a sheet is mounted in each of the feeding units; and a display control unit configured to display on a display part a preparation screen for printing on a type of sheet corresponding to one of the feeding units in a case where the type of sheet is mounted in the one of the feeding units whereas no sheet is mounted in any of other feeding units at the time a function including a printing function is selected.
System and method for high-speed insertion of envelopes
This invention overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art by providing a system and method for inserting contents into envelopes that generally reduces the number of operative device components, locates all components in a readily and accessible location, reduces the number of adjustments needed to change envelope size and contents size, provides an efficient and aesthetically pleasing design, allows for a highly flexible arrangement of backup hoppers to primary hoppers for feeding envelope contents and otherwise affords a substantial number of improvements over currently available envelope inserters. The illustrative embodiment includes a feed table with a low-slung swing arm for handling contents, a pivoting feed table that exposes the operative components on the underside, a novel raceway belt with projecting lugs for transporting contents to the insertion area, a primary and secondary contents hopper backup system, a mechanism for easily adjusting for different-sized envelopes, and a variety of other novel features.
MEDIUM PROCESSING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING SYSTEM
A medium processing apparatus includes a liquid applier, a post-processing device, and circuitry. The liquid applier applies liquid to a part of a medium. The liquid applier includes a liquid storage to store the liquid to be applied to the part of the medium. The post-processing device binds a media bundle including the medium to which the liquid has been applied by the liquid applier. The circuitry is to restrict a temperature decrease of the liquid in a liquid temperature restricting mode.
