According to an embodiment, an image processing apparatus has a first interface for communicating with a server, a second interface for communicating with a label printer, and a third interface for acquiring an image including a label image. A processor of the apparatus is configured to receive the image via the third interface, extract the label image from the received image, perform image processing on the extracted label image, transmit the processed extracted label image to the server via the first interface along with a request to generate label data based on processed extracted label image, receive the generated label data from the server via the first interface, and transmit the received label data to the label printer along with a request to print a label corresponding to the label data.
ROLL TRANSFER DEVICE AND METHOD
A roll transfer device and method is provided, which makes it easy to recognize a unique identification code for a material wound on a roll while quickly and accurately aligning a position of the roll. The roll transfer device comprises a pair of holding units disposed to be spaced apart from each other in a first direction, supporting a roll core seated thereon; and a pair of rotation units disposed on both sides of the roll core along the first direction, wherein the pair of rotation units linearly move in the first direction and are inserted into the roll core seated on the holding unit to align a position of the roll, include one or more keys coupled to one or more key grooves formed in the roll core, and are rotated in a state that they are inserted into the roll core, so that the key is coupled to the key groove, thereby rotating the roll.
ROLL TRANSFER DEVICE AND METHOD
A roll transfer device is provided, which makes it convenient to perform a centering work of a roll stocked in a left or right eccentric state to increase reliability of the centering work of the roll. The roll transfer device comprises a plurality of frame units constituting an external appearance; a pair of holding units spaced apart from each other in a first direction inside the frame unit, supporting a roll core seated thereon; a pair of elevating units disposed on both upper sides in the first direction inside the frame unit to elevate a roll in a second direction and connected to each other by a first plate; a pair of alignment units provided on the first plate and disposed on both sides in the first direction to align a position of the roll in the first direction; and a pair of transfer units transferring the roll, in which the roll core is seated on the pair of holding units, in a third direction by simultaneously moving the pair of holding units in the third direction, wherein the pair of alignment units linearly move along the first direction with different strokes to align the roll, in which the roll core is seated on the pair of holding units, in the first direction while being eccentric along the first direction.
APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING SHEETS
A method for processing a sheet at a predetermined position on the sheet in a processing part, includes: placing a plurality of the sheets in a placement part; reading, by a first reader disposed in the placement part, information printed in a predetermined area on the sheet spaced apart from a trailing edge of the sheet by at least a first length, the first length being the length in a plan view from a disposed position of a detector to a disposed position of a contact member with which leading edges of the sheets placed in the placement part come into contact, the detector detecting the sheet on a conveyance path for the sheet extending from the placement part to the processing part; and processing the sheet based on the information read by the first reader.
