AUTOMATIC WIRE SPOOLING CONTROL
Systems and methods can be used in connection with a wellbore environment for automatically controlling wire being spooled around a drum. A system comprising a spooler, a sensor assembly, and a communication link can be used to adjust the position of wire being spooled around a drum. A first motor can control the spooler and a second motor can control the sensor assembly. The spooler can be positioned to control spooling of wire around the drum as the drum rotates to reel in wire. The sensor assembly can be configured to detect a distance between the sensor assembly and the wire being spooled. A communication link can communicatively couple the sensor assembly with the first motor and the second motor to control movement of the spooler and the sensor assembly relative to the drum based on the distance detected by the sensor assembly.
Sheet processing device
The sheet processing device includes a processing tray, a processing device, a discharge port, a discharge rollers pair, a supporting arm and an interlock mechanism. The discharge rollers pair has a lower roller and an upper roller. The supporting arm supports the upper roller and is turnable between a first position where the upper roller comes into contact with the sheet and a second position where the upper roller separates upwardly from the sheet. The interlock mechanism includes an actuator, a switch and a switch moving mechanism. The actuator is turned with an upwardly turning of the supporting arm. The switch detects the actuator to detect that the supporting arm is turned to the second position. The switch moving mechanism moves the switch to a switch non-detective position when the processing is not performed and moves the switch to a switch detective position when the processing is performed.
Sheet discharging apparatus, sheet feeding apparatus and image forming apparatus
A sheet discharging apparatus includes a first detecting portion provided in an apparatus body and configured to detect a move of a movable member in a state where a movable tray is at an upper limit position in a moving direction of the movable tray, wherein a detection result of the first detecting portion changes depending on a position of the movable tray in the moving direction. In addition, a second detecting portion detects the position of the movable tray in the moving direction, and a control portion, in a case where the second detecting portion detects that the movable tray is at the upper limit position, determines whether a sheet is present on the movable tray based on the detection result of the first detecting portion. When the second detecting portion does not detect that the movable tray is at the upper limit position, the control portion determines that a sheet is present on the movable tray regardless of the detection result of the first detecting portion.
SHEET CONVEYANCE APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet conveyance apparatus includes a first guide, a second guide configured to form a conveyance path together with the first guide, a conveyance portion, a pressing portion configured to press the sheet against the first guide, an urging portion configured to urge the pressing portion in an urging direction toward the first guide, a receiving member configured to hold the pressing portion and receive a reaction force of the urging portion, and a detection unit including a first detection, and a second detection portion, wherein the second guide provided with the second detection portion, and the receiving member are movably disposed with respect to the first guide provided with the first detection portion respectively, and are configured to be positioned with respect to the first guide independently from each other.
DOCUMENT CONVEYING APPARATUS THAT PROPERLY DISCHARGES DOCUMENTS REGARDLESS OF AMOUNT OF DOCUMENTS
Provided is a document conveying apparatus that properly discharges documents regardless of the amount of documents stacked on a discharge tray without complicated construction of a transmission mechanism for transmitting a driving force to conveying rollers. A conveying roller pair is provided at an end portion on an upstream side. A swing mechanism swings a discharge mechanism centered around a drive shaft of the conveying roller pair. An upper surface height measuring unit measures the height of the upper surface of documents stacked on the discharge tray. A control unit, by causing the swing mechanism to swing the discharge mechanism according to the height measured by the upper surface height measuring unit, performs control so that the difference between a discharge port and the upper surface of the documents stacked on the discharge tray is within a specified range.
Sheet fed device
A sheet fed device having a media tray and a sensor assembly is disclosed. The media tray includes a major surface having a leading portion and a trailing portion. The sensor assembly is operably coupled to the media tray. The sensor assembly includes a detector spaced-apart from and movable relative to the media tray in a path laterally across the major surface between the leading portion and the trailing portion.
RECORDING MEDIUM DETECTION DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
Provided is a recording medium detection device which prevents the decline in productivity. The recording medium detection device comprises a first detecting section and a second detecting section. The first detecting section performs a first adjustment process and makes a detection of a recording medium being transported. The second detecting section is located more downstream than the first detecting section in the transportation direction of the recording medium, performs a second adjustment process which takes a longer time than the first adjustment process, and makes a detection of the recording medium being transported.
Sheet position detection apparatus, sheet conveyance apparatus, and image formation apparatus
Provided are a sheet position detection apparatus, a sheet conveyance apparatus, and an image formation apparatus. The sheet position detection apparatus has a first and a second conveyance roller which are arranged to oppose across a sheet to be conveyed and to nip the sheet, and a detector configured to detect an end position of the sheet, the detector has a light emitter and a light receptor arranged on the first conveyance roller side, the light emitter and the light receptor are arranged such that a light emitted from the light emitter is reflected on a reflective face of the second conveyance roller and enters the light receptor, and the detector detects passage of an end of the sheet based on a change in the amount of light entering the light receptor when the sheet shields a light emitted from the light emitter.
Image-forming apparatus and recording material identification unit
A detection unit includes a first contact member that comes into contact with a surface of a recording material and a second contact member that comes into contact with the other surface of the recording material, and the first contact member and the second contact member face each other and are capable of nipping the recording material. The first contact member and the second contact member are movable in a direction in which the first contact member and the second contact member nip the recording material. The first contact member and the second contact member are rotatable about an axial line that extends in a direction in which the recording material is conveyed.
SHEET FEEDING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet feeding apparatus includes a supporting portion, a feeding portion, a regulation unit, and a sensor. The supporting portion configured to support a sheet. The feeding portion configured to feed the sheet supported by the supporting portion. The regulation unit configured to regulate a position of an edge portion of the sheet supported by the supporting portion. The sensor configured to output an output value that changes in accordance with an amount of movement of the regulation unit in the moving direction.
