The magnetic powder clutch is configured to control the rotating shaft to remain stationary when the rotating turret is hovering at each target operation position.

By the above method, the present application may reduce the deformation of the winding needle, reduce a defective rate of a winding product formed by the winding of the winding material, and improve quality of the winding product.
