FILAMENT WINDING APPARATUS
In a filament winding apparatus, a supplying device supplies fiber bundles to a surface of a core material. A moving part is movable relative to the core material, and rotatable around a rotational axis extending in a vertical direction. A small diameter aligning guide part is placed at the moving part and has an opening portion through which the core material can pass. The small diameter aligning guide part guides fiber bundles to an outer peripheral surface of the core material such that the fiber bundles are arranged side by side in a circumferential direction of the core material. The tightening fiber bobbin supporting part is placed at the moving part and rotates around a center of the opening portion. A winding guide rotates with the tightening fiber bobbin supporting part and guides a tightening fiber bundle drawn from a tightening fiber bobbin toward the surface of the core material.
SPINDLE UNIT
A spindle unit includes a swing mechanism fixed to a fixed frame, a support member swingably supported by the swing mechanism, a spindle main body and an electromagnetic brake supported by the support member. The spindle main body rotates integrally with a bobbin around which a yarn is wound. The electromagnetic brake applies a resistance to the rotating spindle main body. The swing mechanism includes a fixed attachment member fixed to the fixed frame, a swing shaft supported by the fixed attachment member, a spring, and a sensor. The spring applies a spring force to the support member in a direction opposite to a direction in which the support member swings by the tension of the yarn. The sensor detects the tilt amount of the support member when the support member swings.
Method and device for swiveling a bobbin in a winding device
A winding device and associated method for swiveling a bobbin in the winding device during an interruption of a winding operation are provided, wherein the bobbin rests on a backing roller and is formed on a bobbin tube onto which a thread is wound. The bobbin tube is rotatably held between holders on two retaining arms mounted on a common swivel arm having a swivel axis. With force measurement unit, one of intrinsic weight of the bobbin or a force effect that acts on the retaining arms due to contact of the bobbin with the backing roller is measured. A manual force is transmitted into at least one of the retaining arms in a force direction that is determined by evaluating the force measurement unit. With a drive that is operably configured with the swivel arm, the swivel arm is swiveled in the force direction.
YARN FEEDING DEVICE WITH LEARNING PROCEDURE
Described are, among other things, methods and devices for providing a learning procedure in a yarn feeding arrangement (12). The learning procedure aims at providing control data to the controller (32) about system components and behavior of system components of the yarn feeding arrangement beforehand, such that the controller has knowledge of the system components before the weaving machine (10) is started to operate at full operational speed.
Multipoint textile machine
A textile machine with a plurality of similar workstations as well as display means and a central control device, wherein the display means is connected to the central control device and/or a workstation control device. The textile machine comprises a display means, which is designed as an LED light bar, a section of the LED light bar is assigned respectively to a workstation, and the LED light bar displays the respectively produced yarn batch and/or operating states of the respective workstation.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR DETECTING THE PRESENCE OF ABNORMALITIES IN A REEL
A device for detecting the presence of abnormalities in a reel includes an image capturing module for capturing images of the reel including at least one camera, a displacer for displacing the reel in a field of view of the at least one camera, an analyzer for analyzing the images captured by the at least one camera and detecting the presence of abnormalities. The image capturing module including an upper capturer and lower capturer, the upper capturer fixed on a movable support arranged for being movable with respect to lower capturer, the upper capturer and/or the lower capturer including at least one three dimension camera arranged for providing a three dimension image of the reel.
DYNAMIC TENSION CONTROL SYSTEM FOR NARROW FABRIC
A dynamic tension control system is described herein for driving linear material off a roll in a controlled manner. The dynamic tension control system may include a frame, a shaft for holding a roll of linear material, a motor for driving the shaft, and a dancer tensioning control system for controlling the motor. The dancer tensioning control system may include an actuator assembly through which the linear material passes and a proximity sensor for detecting whether the actuator assembly is proximate to the proximity sensor. When the linear material is pulled from the roll, tension is created in the linear material, which lifts the actuator assembly away from the proximity sensor. The dynamic tension control system may be configured to command, based on detecting that the actuator assembly is not proximate to the proximity sensor, the motor to drive the shaft to unwind linear material from the roll.
Proliferated thread count of a woven textile by simultaneous insertion within a single pick insertion event of a loom apparatus multiple adjacent parallel yarns drawn from a multi-pick yarn package
A method and a system disclosed include drawing each of multiple synthetic yarns from a corresponding supply package to form an oriented yarn. Filaments within the oriented yarn are twisted and detwisted to provide texture thereto, to provide a low stability interlacing during weaving, and to intermingle the filaments, and a uniform air pressure is applied to the oriented yarn to provide a counter-twist. Also, a multi-pick yarn package is formed based on winding all formed oriented yarns, which serve as weft yarns forming adjacent substantially parallel yarns wound together, onto a spool. These weft yarns are simultaneously inserted in a single pick insertion event of a loom apparatus, and conveyed across a warp shed of the loom apparatus through a set of warp yarns. The set of warp yarns and the conveyed weft yarns are interlaced to produce an incremental length of a woven textile fabric.
Device for contactless measurement of the parameters of a linear textile formation, a method of controlling the device and a textile machine
A device for contactless measurement of one or more parameters of a linear textile formation (e.g., yarn) includes a yarn sensor with at least two mutually independent detection zones for one or a combination of the parameters of yarn presence, yarn movement, or yarn quality. The individual detections zones are arranged in defined positions relative to at least two different yarn paths of the yarn at a workstation depending on changed states of the yarn at the workstation so that at least one of the parameters is measured in each of the detections zones.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR WINDING A THREAD
A device and a method wind a thread on a winding machine. The winding machine has a spool sleeve and a spool holder, which has two oppositely disposed centering plates, having an adjustable axial distance relative to each other, for tensioning the spool sleeve. The centering plates each have a centering cone which engages in an open spool sleeve end, and an arrester hook for arresting the thread being provided in one of the centering plates. The arrester hook is oriented in the circumferential direction of the centering plate, and the centering plate having the arrester hook contains an outer cone which overlaps the outer diameter of the spool sleeve end. An inside of the arrester hook is formed by a nose-like recess provided in the outer cone.
