Refueling system

A refueling system, comprising a drum rotatable to wind and unwind a hose, a carriage guiding the hose and lineally displaceable along a shaft parallel to the longitudinal direction of the drum so as to follow the movement of the hose along the drum. The shaft allows the displacement of the carriage along its length. A motor is coupled to the carriage and displaces the carriage along the shaft. A first position sensor communicates with the carriage to obtain its position. A second position sensor communicates with the drum to obtain the position of the hose. A control system is coupled to the first and the second sensor, to compare their obtained positions and to operate the motor.

Frictionless service carriage system

A frictionless service carriage system including: a shaft 1 having a first 2 and a second 3 helix-shaped guide in its surface, each helix shaped-guide 2, 3 defining a linear movement along the longitudinal axis of the shaft 1 of a carriage 4 in opposite directions and both helix shaped-guides 2, 3 crossing each other 2, 3 along the longitudinal axis of the shaft 1, wherein the carriage 4 includes a movable element 5 located successively in each of the helix-shaped guides 2, 3 and movable along the guides 2, 3, the movable element 5 comprising a set of rolling elements 6 along the first or second helix-shaped guide 2, 3 of the shaft 1 and configured such that in a crossing with the other helix-shaped guide 2, 3, the set of rolling elements 6 has at least two contact points with the helix-shaped guide 2, 3 for which it rolls.

A hosed-reeling apparatus comprising a hose reel and a rack having a front opening for demountably receiving and supporting the hose reel. The hose reel has two sidewalls, a connection member concentrically coupling the two sidewalls, and two spindles extending laterally outward from the centers of the two sidewalls, respectively. The rack has at least a base framework, and a locking structure configurable between an unlock position and a lock position. The base framework has two upward facing channels on opposite sides thereof for demountably receiving the hose reel spindles. The channels are accessible from thereabove when the locking structure is at the unlock position, and the channels are inaccessible from thereabove when the locking structure is at the lock position. Each of the sidewalls of the hose reel may have at least one straight outer edge, allowing the hose reel sit stably on a horizontal surface or a ramp.

Telescopic jacking stepwise rollback-type reel sprinkling irrigation machine

The present invention provides a telescopic jacking stepwise rollback-type reel sprinkling irrigation machine, including a chassis, a locking-type reel, a sprinkling irrigation apparatus, and a stepwise driving apparatus. A locking channel in a circumferential direction is disposed on the locking-type reel. The stepwise driving apparatus includes a lifting cylinder, an upper caliper, and a lower caliper, and the upper caliper and the lower caliper are clamped to be mounted on the locking channel. Pressurized water is used in the telescopic jacking stepwise rollback-type reel sprinkling irrigation machine to drive the lifting cylinder to realize periodic lifting motion of the piston rod, so as to drive the upper caliper to move up and down to be engaged with the locking channel of the locking-type reel intermittently, thereby driving the locking-type reel to roll back intermittently to automatically reel in a sprinkling irrigation PE hose.

Rotary drill head for coiled tubing drilling apparatus
10995563 · 2021-05-04 · ·

A mobile, coiled tubing drilling apparatus with a rotary drill head, includes a non-rotating mast on a mobile platform. The mast has mounted thereon an injector below a coiled tubing reel. The injector defines an operational axis for the coiled tubing. The rotary drill head is pivotally mounted on the injector so as to be movable between a retracted position away from the operational axis and an operating position in line with the operational axis. The rotary drill head includes a top swivel for non-rotating connection to the coiled tubing and a bottom spindle for rotating connection to a pipe section. The top swivel and the bottom spindle provide fluid communication between connected coiled tubing and connected pipe section during operation.

A pipe coil lifting device includes a superstructure with a central longitudinal member and at least two supports attached to opposite sides of the central longitudinal member, with two channels at the outside long-edges of the superstructure attached to the supports, with a convex upper surface attached to the supports of the superstructure.

Method and apparatus for field fabrication of socked perforated drains

A mobile fabrication solution for onsite assemblage of earth drains for ground stabilization that includes a despooling carousel for uncoiling corrugated tubing from a stock supply, and for feeding the stock tubing into an extrusion head unit. The head unit contains counter-rotating wheels that grip and drive the tubing out through a collet into a filter sock and into a collection trough. One end of a stock supply of fabric filter sock is attached to the collet exteriorly of the head unit to the collet and is unrolled along the trough. When the corrugated tubing is ejected it fills the sock within the trough and may be cut to the desired length onsite, eliminating waste.
