ELECTRONIC COMPONENT SUPPLY APPARATUS, REEL APPARATUS, TAPE PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND METHOD FOR RESUPPLYING COMPONENT STORED TAPE
An electronic component supply apparatus (1) includes a reel apparatus (2) and a tape processing apparatus (3). The reel apparatus (2) has a tape reel (8) with a component stored tape (100) wound thereon, the component stored tape (100) having electronic components (105) stored therein. The tape processing apparatus (3) has an electronic component exposure unit (18) that exposes the electronic components (105), that are stored in the component stored tape fed from the reel apparatus (2), so as to be taken out from the component stored tape. The reel apparatus (2) is detachable from the tape processing apparatus (3).
Scrap winder
A scrap winder is provided as part of a slitting line that creates a ribbon of scrap. The scrap winder has a moveable mandrel that exposes a grabbing portion that rotates. The grabbing portion extends outward to reveal a puller cable reel. The puller cable reel contains a retrieving cable that attaches to the start of the scrap ribbon. As the grabbing portion rotates, the scrap is brought to the grabbing portion, where the scrap is attached directly to it. The mandrel is then moved into position and the scrap can be wound around the mandrel.
Bobbin unwinding device of filament winding device
This bobbin unwinding device (32A (32B)) is provided with a bobbin support shaft (33) which rotatably supports a bobbin (B) around which a band-like fiber bundle (F) is wound, a fixed guide (35) which changes the running direction of the fiber bundle (F) unwound from the bobbin (B), and an auxiliary roller (34) arranged between the bobbin (B) and the fixed guide (35), wherein the fixed guide (35) is arranged such that the shaft center of the fixed guide (35) is substantially perpendicular to the shaft center of the bobbin support shaft (33), and the auxiliary roller (34) is arranged such that the shaft center of the auxiliary roller (34) is parallel or substantially parallel to the shaft center of the bobbin support shaft (33).
FLAT CABLE REEL DEVICE
A flat cable reel device includes a housing, a rotary sleeve, an upper spiral spring and a lower spiral spring. The housing is provided with a board outlet. The reel device includes the upper spiral spring, the lower spiral spring, an upper central shaft and a lower central shaft, which form a symmetrical and balanced double-spring structure; when a flexible printed circuit board is reeled or unreeled, the force and the reaction force generated by the springs are evenly distributed over the upper portion and the lower portion of the rotary sleeve, such that the rotary sleeve can balance.
BALANCING WEIGHT APPLICATION MACHINE AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
A wheel-balancing weight application apparatus comprising a supplying module including a first strip of wheel-balancing weights and a second strip of wheel-balancing weights, the first and the second strips of wheel-balancing weights including a different characteristic, and an application module for securing a portion of one of the first strip of wheel-balancing weights and the second strip of wheel-balancing weights to a wheel, wherein a selection of wheel-balancing weights from the first strip of wheel-balancing weights and the second strip of wheel-balancing weights is selected on a basis of a characteristic of the wheel to match the wheel-balancing weights characteristic with an identified characteristic of the wheel. A method of using the balancing weight application apparatus is also provided.
SPOOL ASSEMBLY AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
A spool, presented herein, is comprising a proximal side including a central opening about a rotation axis thereof, a distal side including a central opening about the rotation axis thereof, the proximal side and the distal side being assembled together with alignment of the rotation axis thereof, an axial slot radially extending from the central opening and a recessed portion communicating with the central opening, the recessed portion extending between the axial slot and a locking member receiver. A method of using same and a mechanism to engage lock and actuate the spool is also presented therein.
Devices and methods for starting strip material in a substrate processing machine
Systems and methods are disclosed for starting a strip material in a substrate processing machine wherein the machine is not stopped and/or operators do not have to reach into the running machine to start the strip material. Exemplary systems include a strip material guide apparatus including at least one guide arm and at least one gas stream generator configured to direct strip material from the guide arm into a substrate processing machine to join the strip material with one or more running substrates. The gas stream generator is operable to cause a leading end of a strip material dispensed from the guide arm to be conveyed via a gas stream toward the running substrates, such that the leading end of the strip material becomes engaged by the substrate processing machine and the strip material joins with the running substrate.
WINDING DEVICE FOR WINDING A MATERIAL TO BE WOUND AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A WINDING DEVICE FOR WINDING A MATERIAL TO BE WOUND
A winding device for winding a material to be wound includes a winding mandrel provided for carrying a carrier of material to be wound in a winding process, with a transporting unit on which at least a component of the winding mandrel is arranged, and with a positioning unit provided for changing a spatial position of the transporting unit. The positioning unit is provided for at least substantially adjusting a spatial end position according to requirement. The transporting unit is embodied as a pivot arm, the transporting unit is in at least one operating state provided for receiving a carrier of material to be wound, wherein the material to be wound is wound onto the carrier of material to be wound and/or is wound off the carrier of material to be wound, and the transporting unit is in the winding operative position during the winding process.
SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE REEL DEFORMATION PREVENTION APPARATUS
An apparatus for storing semiconductor devices includes a reel having a hub and at least two flanges along an axis of the reel. The flanges are spaced and face each other. The semiconductor devices, which typically are attached to a tape, are wound around the hub and between the flanges. At least one holding member is disposed between the flanges at the rim of the apparatus, which is the perimeter of the flanges, and abuts the inner surfaces of the flanges. The holding member prevents the flanges from being deformed during vacuum packing.
RECEPTION SLEEVE
A reception sleeve that may be mounted on a mandrel of a packaging machine for winding up a film used in the packaging process on the reception sleeve. The reception sleeve may include a plurality of hinges. Each hinge may have a hinge axis, wherein each hinge axis may be oriented in a direction parallel to a central axis of the reception sleeve. The reception sleeve may be mounted on a reception mandrel of the packaging machine, preferably for winding a residual film grid remaining after sealing trays in the packaging machine. The mandrel may include a mechanism for selectively tensioning the reception sleeve thereon to tension the reception sleeve to allow the mandrel to transfer a winding torque to the reception sleeve, and to reduce the tension so the reception sleeve can easily be removed from the mandrel.
