A TAPE GUIDE FOR GUIDING A COMPONENT TAPE
The present invention provides a tape guide for guiding a component tape from a tape reel to a picking position of a component mounting machine. The tape guide comprises a support structure arranged for guiding the component tape from an upstream end portion of the tape guide to a downstream end portion of the tape guide. The tape guide further comprised a hook portion arranged at the downstream end portion and configured to grip a flange of said tape reel when the tape guide and tape reel are removed from said component mounting machine. The present invention further provides a unit comprising a tape guide, a tape reel and component tape as well as component mounting machine.
HOUSING DEVICE
Tape cassette (22) of the present disclosure configured to house roll body (RT) of a carrier tape includes housing (41) and shutter (42). Housing (41) includes housing space (41S) for housing roll body (RT) and front opening (41K) through which roll body (RT) is allowed to be taken in and out in a front part of housing (41). Shutter (42) can be displaced between a closing position at which movement of roll body (RT) to an outside of housing (41) through front opening (41K) is restricted by blocking at least a part of front opening (41K) and an open position at which the movement of roll body (RT) to the outside of housing (41) through front opening (41K) is allowed. Housing (41) is equipped on a component mounting device with front opening (41K) facing the component mounting device, and supplies roll body (RT) to the component mounting device with shutter (42) positioned at the open position.
Coating film transfer tool with supply reel rotation restraint mechanism
A coating film transfer tool may include a supply reel, a transfer tape, a transfer head, a winding reel, and a power transmitting mechanism. The tool may include a base member having the transfer head and a rotation restraining portion capable of directly restraining rotation of the supply reel. The base member may be rotatably supported between the transfer head and the rotation restraining portion by a base member supporting shaft. The tool may include a resilient restoring mechanism interposed between the base member and the housing. The base member may rotate and restraint of rotation of the supply reel is released when the transfer head is pressed against a transferred surface, and the base member is restored to an original position by the resilient restoring mechanism to restrain rotation of the supply reel when pressing of the transfer head is released.
MULTI-STEP LOKREEL AND CLIP SYSTEM
A multi-step reel includes a first hub flange having a first arbor hole and a first platform area located outwardly from the first arbor hole. The first platform area has at least a first and second hub platform, each having a first and second depth dimension, respectively. A first outer flange area extends outwardly from the first platform area. A second hub flange has the identical elements as the first hub flange. One of the first and a second hub platforms of the first hub flange may be positioned adjacent to one of the first and second hub platforms of the second hub flange, defining a width dimension. A locking mechanism may be used to secure the first and second hub flanges together. One or more clips may be used to maintain the desired width dimension between the first and second outer flanges areas.
Liner reel, cassette comprising said liner reel, let off station and method for collecting a liner
Disclosed is a liner reel, a cassette, a let off station and a method for collecting a liner, wherein the liner reel has a core and a shell that is concentrically mountable to said core for rotation together with said core about a liner reel axis, wherein the shell has a collection wall that extends in a circumferential direction about the liner reel axis when the shell is mounted to the core, wherein the collection wall is arranged for receiving the liner, wherein the core has a support wall extending in the circumferential direction for supporting the collection wall at least with a vector component in a radial direction perpendicular to the liner reel axis, wherein the collection wall is at least partially contractible in said radial direction when the shell is removed from the core.
TAPE AFFIXING SYSTEM
A tape affixing system capable of automatically switching or replacing a dicing tape. A tape affixing system 1 includes a stocker 5 that stores tape magazines 4 each accommodating a dicing tape DT wound in a roll shape, an affixing apparatus 3 which includes movable guide rollers 32a and 32b, fixed guide rollers 33a and 33b, and a knife plate 35 that regulate a reel-out region R of the dicing tape DT to a predetermined track, on which each of the tape magazines 4 is replaceably mountable, and which affixes the dicing tape DT to a dicing frame DT and a workpiece W, and a first conveyance robot 6 that delivers the tape magazine 4 between the stocker 5 and the affixing apparatus 3.
Inertia braking payout device and package system
A payout device that includes a carton, a rotatable member, and a slot is provided. The carton can include an opening that provides an egress for elongated flexible material stored within the carton. The rotatable member can be disposed within the carton, the rotatable member can have a circumference, and the elongated flexible material can be wound around the rotatable member. The slot can rotatably support the rotatable member, the slot can have a round shape that is larger than the circumference of the rotatable member, at least a portion of the rotatable member can be slidable within the slot between a payoff position and a braking position, the rotatable member can be rotatable within the slot when in the payoff position for dispensing the elongated flexible material from the opening in the carton, and the payoff position can be elevated relative to the braking position.
Tape holder
Implementations of a tape holder are provided. In some implementations, the tape holder may be used to secure a roll of tape to a magnetic surface. In some implementations, the tape holder is comprised of a base member and a spool support. In some implementations, the base member has one or more magnets on one side for securing the tape holder to a surface. In some implementations, the spool support is configured to secure a roll of tape to the tape holder. In some implementations, the spool support is configured to receive a roll of tape thereon.
