ELEVATOR OPERATION PANEL
Provided is an elevator operation panel including: a casing having an opening portion; an acoustic device configured to output a sound, for example, a buzzer sound, from an inside of the casing; a face plate having formed therein a plurality of sound emission holes for allowing the sound output from the acoustic device to pass therethrough, and having a back surface that faces the casing to close the opening portion; and an operation button formed on the face plate and to be operated to cause an elevator to perform a specific operation. The plurality of sound emission holes are arranged so that a type of the operation button is identifiable when the face plate is touched from a front surface side.
ELEVATOR SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CANCELLING PASSENGER REQUESTED FLOOR DESTINATION
An elevator system includes an elevator car, a call panel, a controller, and a floor cancellation feature. The elevator car is adapted to travel in a hoistway defined by a building and between floors of the building. The call panel is located for passenger interaction, includes a plurality of floor selections, and communicates with the controller. The floor cancellation feature is associated with at least one of the call panel and the controller. The controller is configured to operate between a floor cancellation permit state and a floor cancellation restricted state, thereby respectively enabling and disabling the floor cancellation feature, and track at least one event associated with the floor cancellation restricted state.
Elevator calling device and elevator system
An elevator-calling device and elevator system. The elevator-calling device includes a processor to receive an input instruction and send a signal to a main controller of an elevator system; a display device connected to the processor; a rotatable button, wherein the rotatable button is connected to the processor, and the rotatable button is pressable and rotatable in a first direction and a second direction opposite to the first direction, and wherein the rotatable button has an initial zero scale; and an assistant sound generating unit connected to the processor; wherein the processor is configured to have an assistant elevator-calling mode, in which a preset target floor is increased when the rotatable button rotates in the first direction, the preset target floor is decreased when the rotatable button rotates in the second direction, and the preset target floor is confirmed when the rotatable button is pressed at a non-zero scale.
APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING ELEVATOR RIDE INFORMATION
A device for providing elevator ride information includes a plurality of prompting modules. Each prompting module includes a sensor and a light-emitting unit, the sensor is configured to sense presence of an object to be transported above the prompting module. The prompting module further includes a control unit coupled with the plurality of prompting modules and configured to perform at least one of the following operations: i) in response to an event of car door opening, for the prompting module that does not sense the presence of the object to be transported, conditionally or unconditionally causing the light-emitting unit contained in the prompting module to enter a first operating state; ii) in response to an event of the car being about to arrive or having arrived at a destination floor, causing the light-emitting unit contained in all or some of the prompting modules to enter a second operating state.
Touchless elevator user interface
Systems and methods having a touchless operating panel with buttons and an electronic circuit (EC). The system including a proximity sensor (PS) associated with an associated button and positioned proximate thereto. The PS arranged to generate a button detection zone around the associated button and detect a presence within the button detection zone. When the PS detects a presence of an object within the button detection zone in a time period, the EC receives proximity values about the detection from the PS. The EC detects if activation of the PS is intentional or unintentional, based on inputting into an activation assessment module, the received proximity values and any other proximity values received from one or more other PSs. When a detection is made that the PS is intentionally activated regarding the presence of the object within the button detection zone. The EC generates and emits a command action.
