Disclosed is an elevator system for a building, the system including a first elevator for transporting a passenger with a first mobile device between a plurality of lobbies, the system comprising a controller that communicates with the first mobile device renders a plurality of determinations including: a first determination that the passenger is seeking to engage a tenant, whom is a building tenant, a second determination to provide directional information between a current location of the passenger and a first lobby on the first level, a third determination to assign the first elevator to transport the passenger from the first lobby to a second lobby on the second level to engage the tenant, the controller being configured to effect a plurality of transmissions including: a first transmission to the first mobile device to effect the second determination, and a second transmission to the first elevator to effect the third determination.
Content information of floor of elevator
Floor content information of an elevator is described. According to an embodiment, a device is disclosed, comprising: a processor; a storage comprising a set of instructions; wherein the set of instructions cause the processor to: Receive a destination floor of the elevator; Receive information describing content of the destination floor, wherein the content identifies the content located within the destination floor; Based on the destination floor and the information describing the content of the destination floor, display a data notification to at least one user using the elevator travelling to the destination floor. According to other embodiments, an elevator, a method and a computer program product is described along with the features of the device.
Smart guidance for controlling passenger to enter correct elevator car
The present invention relates to the guidance for a passenger to enter a correct elevator car, belonging to the field of elevator intelligent control technologies. In a method for guiding a passenger to enter a correct elevator car provided in the present invention, the movement of the passenger relative to one of a plurality of elevator cars is determined based on a change in the signal strength of a received first wireless signal; and whether the movement is a movement corresponding to entering a correct elevator car is judged based on a recognition result. The present invention can realize that a passenger is automatically guided to enter a correct elevator car by means of the change in a vibration signal and/or a voice prompt signal.
AUTO RANGE PROCESS FOR ELEVATOR WIRELESS NODE
A method of calibrating a beacon for an elevator call system including: determining when a calibrator mobile device is located at a desired distance away from the beacon on a specific landing, the beacon being associated with one or more specific elevator systems at a specific elevator bank on the specific landing; detecting a wireless signal emitted by the beacon using a communication device of the calibrator mobile device when the calibrator mobile device is located at the desired distance; and establishing the desired distance as a selected range of the beacon for locating a passenger device for an elevator call received from the passenger device. The elevator call system is configured to assign future elevator calls received from the passenger mobile device detected to be within the selected range of the beacon to the one or more specific elevator systems at the specific elevator bank on the specific landing.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR INDOOR WAYFINDING BASED ON ELEVATOR INFORMATION
A system and method that processes a destination to derive a target floor based on receiving an elevator call that indicates a source floor and the destination. Further the system and method causes an elevator to travel between the source floor and the target floor in response processing the destination and performs at least one of a plurality of wayfinding operations upon arrival of the elevator at the target floor.
Multimodal User Interface for Destination Call Request of Elevator Systems Using Route and Car Selection Methods
An elevator control system for an elevator system, including a display device, at least one processor in communication with the display device and the elevator system, the at least one processor programmed or configured to render, on the display device, a graphical destination interface comprising a plurality of visual representations of destinations within the building, receive a user selection of a selected destination from the plurality of destinations, determine a plurality of selectable options for elevator call requests based on the selected destination, render the plurality of selectable options for elevator call requests on the graphical destination interface or a second graphical call request interface, receive a user selection of a selected option from the plurality of selectable options for elevator call requests, and control movement of an elevator car in the elevator system based on the selected destination and the selected option.
NAVIGATION TERMINAL, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TAKING ELEVATOR
The present invention provides an in-building lift taking navigation terminal, system and method and belongs to the field of lift technology. The in-building lift taking navigation terminal provided by the present invention comprises: a query input module at least used for inputting destination floor position information and a query instruction; an optional lift taking path display module used for acquiring and displaying one or more optional lift taking paths from an initial floor position to a destination floor position; and a navigation information display module used for generating and displaying corresponding navigation information based on each of the lift taking paths. The present invention can provide convenient and clear in-building lift taking path navigation for the passenger, the passenger can thus conveniently and efficiently reach the destination floor position and has a good lift taking experience.
TARGET FLOOR REGISTRATION UNIT AND A METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A target floor registration unit for use in an elevator system including a unit controller configured to receive assignment information, a user detection device operably coupled to the controller; wherein the user detection device is configured to determine whether a user is present at the target floor registration unit, and a display part; the display part configured to dynamically display the assignment information based in part on whether the user is present at the target floor registration unit.
PASSENGER GUIDANCE SYSTEM FOR MULTICAR ELEVATOR
Passenger guidance systems for a multicar elevator system and related methods are provided. The passenger guidance system includes a first landing door configured to provide access to at least one elevator car within a first lane, a second landing door configured to provide access to at least one elevator car within a second lane, a controller configured to receive information regarding the at least one elevator car within the first lane and the at least one elevator car within the second lane, and a first display controlled by the controller and configured to provide display information regarding a first elevator car in the first lane, the first elevator car of the first lane being one of (i) an elevator car currently located at the first landing door or (ii) an elevator car next to arrive at the first landing door.
