Equipment service graphical interface
An equipment service graphical interface is provided. An entity and an entity location of a plurality of equipment are identified. A data repository is accessed that includes a plurality of equipment servicing data associated with the equipment at the entity location. A map image is output on a graphical user interface including one or more icons indicating one or more equipment locations and status of the equipment based on the equipment servicing data from the data repository. One or more equipment status details are selectively displayed on the graphical user interface responsive to a detected user input action.

Method of predictively maintaining elevator driving unit
The present invention provides a method of predictively maintaining an elevator driving unit which distinguishes between a condition when moving an elevator upward and a condition when moving the elevator downward, collects driving information of the driving unit (information on a change over time in current values) in a normal state, collects driving information of the driving unit before the occurrence of breakdown, sets critical levels based on the collected information, detects in real time an abnormal symptom of the driving unit by comparing the driving information of the driving unit, which is collected in real time, with the set critical level, and then performs stable predictive maintenance of the elevator driving unit, thereby efficiently preventing a safety accident of the elevator caused by a breakdown of the elevator driving unit.
METHOD FOR TESTING A CAPACITY OF A DRIVE RESCUE BATTERY OF A TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM, SOFTWARE PROGRAM, AND TESTING ARRANGEMENT
The invention relates to a method for testing a capacity of a drive rescue battery for driving an electric motor of a transportation system in a rescue operation mode, wherein in normal operation mode AC means supply power over first, second and third phases via a low pass LCL-filter to a frequency converter for driving the electric motor, wherein the frequency converter comprises a rectifier circuit for providing a DC supply voltage. The method comprises the steps: disconnecting the LCL-filter from the AC mains; using inductors and capacitors of the LCL-filter, each of which being connected to the first or second phase, as a test load for testing the capacity of the drive rescue battery, wherein the inductor of the LCL-filter, which is connected to the first phase and downstream of the capacitor of the LCL-filter connected to the first phase, to the rectifier circuit, the capacitors of the LCL-filter connected to the first and second phases, and the inductor of the LCL-filter which is connected to the second phase and downstream of the capacitor of the LCL-filter connected to the second phase, to the rectifier circuit form a series connection as the test load; and determining at least one value of a voltage or a current of the drive rescue battery resulting from the test load.
