Overspeed protection switch, overspeed governor assembly and elevator system
An overspeed protection switch, an overspeed governor assembly and an elevator system are provided by the present disclosure. The overspeed protection switch includes: a trigger device including a trigger member and at least one protrusion, wherein the trigger member is capable of rotating to a triggered position from an untriggered position when being toggled, and the at least one protrusion is connected to the trigger member and rotates together with the trigger member; an actuation device including an action end capable of performing a linear movement; and a reset member which is connected with the action end of the actuation device and is translated with the linear movement of the action end of the actuation device so as to push one of the at least one protrusion to drive the trigger member to return to the untriggered position from the triggered position.
SAFETY SWITCH ACTUATION DEVICE
A safety switch actuation device for keeping the pushbutton switch activated and deactivated remotely, the actuation device comprising a plunger which can be brought by external probing from a standby position, in which it does not switch the pushbutton switch, to an active position, in which it keeps said pushbutton switch actuated, characterized in that the actuation device has a remotely controllable linear drive, a return spring and a return actuator and is designed in such a way that the plunger can be coupled to the return actuator by the remotely controllable linear drive, which is preferably driven by a Bowden cable, under tension of the return spring, which, after deactivation of the linear drive, is pressed by the return spring into a position more remote from the pushbutton switch, thereby entraining the plunger into its standby position.
Elevator governor tension frame damper
An illustrative example embodiment of an elevator governor includes a rotatable governor mechanism, a tension sheave, and a tension frame associated with the tension sheave. The tension frame has a mass configured to bias the tension frame and the tension sheave under an influence of gravity. A damper is configured to resist vertical movement of the tension frame relative to a fixed surface in a first condition and to allow vertical movement of the tension frame relative to the fixed surface in a second, different condition.
Stairlift Overspeed Safety Systems
Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for a stairlift overspeed safety system are disclosed. The overspeed safety system may include a centripetal cam assembly, a trigger assembly, and a jammer assembly. The centripetal cam assembly may include a spring-loaded plate and a plurality of centripetal cams connected to the spring-loaded plate, configured to move to an extended position when the rail speed exceeds the speed threshold. The trigger assembly may include a trigger plate configured to be pushed by at least one of the centripetal cams when moved to the extended position. Pushing the trigger plate may cause a switch to open to shut off power to the motorized stairlift. The jammer assembly may include a jammer configured to wedge between teeth of a rack and pinion of the motorized stairlift to initiate a deceleration to stop movement of the motorized stairlift.

GOVERNOR ASSEMBLY AND ELEVATOR
A governor assembly and an elevator. The governor assembly includes: a body equipping with a trigger wheel and a guide wheel, the trigger wheel and the guide wheel being arranged to be rotatable relative to the body; a guide member extending around the trigger wheel and the guide wheel in sequence; and wherein the cross section of the guide member has a first dimension in the direction facing the trigger wheel or the guide wheel, and has a second dimension in the radial direction of the trigger wheel or the guide wheel, and wherein the first dimension is larger than the second dimension.
Traction sheave safety device and elevator car emergency stop method thereof
A method includes a first brake block of a first brake rubber, a second brake block mounted with a second brake rubber and a mounting base for mounting the first and second brake blocks. The second brake rubber is movable along a direction slanted with respect to an axis of rotation of the traction sheave. A brake block actuation member is triggered by the brake blocks to enable the first and the second brake rubbers to hold the traction sheave. A switching member is also triggered by the action of the second brake rubber, cutting off a safety circuit of the elevator. The external power is cut off, and the brake block actuation member enables contact between the second brake rubber and the traction sheave. The traction sheave further drives the second brake rubber triggering the brake block members to generate frictional braking force to stop the traction sheave.
