ALIGNING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR ALIGNING A GUIDE RAIL OF AN ELEVATOR SYSTEM
An aligning device for aligning a guide rail of an elevator system has lower and upper rail bracket parts and at least two movement elements. The lower rail bracket part is fixed to an elevator shaft wall and the upper rail bracket part holds a guide rail. The lower and upper rail bracket parts each have a connecting region for fixing to one another. The movement elements move the lower rail bracket part relative to the upper rail bracket part. Each of the movement elements interacts with both of the connecting regions of the rail bracket parts. Each of the movement elements is rotatable about an axis of rotation and interacts, eccentrically with respect to the axis of rotation, with at least one of the rail bracket parts so as to abut laterally opposite contact surfaces of this rail bracket part.
MOUNTING BRACKET FOR GUIDING RAIL OF ELEVATOR AND MOUNTING MEHTOD THEREOF, LOCATING APPARATUS, BRACKET ADJUSTING APPARATUS AND ELEVATOR SYSTEM
An elevator guide rail installation bracket and installation method thereof, a positioning tooling, a bracket adjustment tooling, and an elevator system. The elevator guide rail installation bracket includes a guide rail bracket having a guide rail installation surface and a first adjustment surface that form a bend, a fixed guide rail installation position is provided on the guide rail installation surface; and a hoistway bracket having a hoistway installation surface and a second adjustment surface that form a bend; the first adjustment surface is adjustably connected to the second adjustment surface to adjust the relative position between the guide rail installation surface and the hoistway installation surface.
Mounting bracket for guiding rail of elevator and mounting method thereof, locating apparatus, bracket adjusting apparatus and elevator system
MODULAR LIFT SYSTEM FOR BUILDING CORES
The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for the construction of a lift within a shaft. In a first aspect of the disclosed technology, there is provided a method for installing a modular lift within a shaft, comprising the steps of: inserting a frame of the lift within the shaft, the frame comprising one or more stabilisers; adapting the one or more stabilisers to contact an internal face of the shaft; wherein the frame is held in position by the forces exerted through the stabilisers.
Elevator system
An elevator system is capable of detecting that a car has overshot a position where a limit switch operates. The elevator system includes: a limit switch; a conductive wire provided along a guide rail guiding movement of a counterweight; a contact being attached to the counterweight and moreover configured to come into contact with the conductive wire in a case where the counterweight is disconnected from the guide rail; an overshoot detection contact being attached to the conductive wire and disposed at a position that allows the overshoot detection contact to come into contact with the contact in the case where the car moves past a position where the limit switch operates; and an overshoot detection unit configured to detect that the contact is in contact with the overshoot detection contact.
Stair lift device
A stair lift device laid upon a staircase can support upward and downward movement of a platform of the device along stairs of the staircase. The device has two side supports in at least partial contact with the stairs of the staircase for supporting movement of the platform, and each side support can include a rail of the device along which the platform moves.
Elevator car installation including car roof safety latch
A method of assembling an elevator car within an elevator hoistway, including installing a car frame onto the elevator hoistway, attaching a car base to the car frame, the car base forming a floor of the elevator car, setting spacers on a top surface of the car base, placing a car roof onto the spacers, the car roof including a first bracket and a second bracket, each bracket including a safety latch assembly, lifting the car roof until to a top position where each safety latch assembly engages a respective top surface of the car frame to fix the car roof to the car frame, the installing wall panels to the car base and to the car roof. As the car roof is lifted, the safety latches travel along a car frame structural vertical member and are maintained in a tensioned state by springs.
FASTENING ARRANGEMENT FOR ELEVATOR GUIDE RAILS
An arrangement includes two bracket parts, each bracket part includes a vertical branch and a horizontal branch attached by two fastening points. Each fastening point includes a longitudinal opening in each horizontal branch and a first fastening member passing vertically through the two longitudinal openings into a nest supported on a horizontal branch. A second fastening member extends horizontally into the nest and is operatively connected within the nest to the first fastening member via a power transmission. Rotation of the second fastening member generates a pressure joint between the two horizontal branches in the fastening point.
Elevator system rails
An elevator system includes one or more elevator cars configured to travel along a hoistway. One or more rails extend along the hoistway and are operably connected to the one or more elevator cars to guide the one or more elevator cars along the hoistway. Each rail of the one or more rails includes a plurality of rail segments arranged end to end. Each rail segment is affixed to a hoistway wall to transfer vertical loads from the rail segment to the hoistway wall. Each rail segment is secured to the hoistway wall via a plurality of rail support brackets. The vertical loads are transferred from the rail segment to the hoistway wall via at least one rail support bracket of the plurality of rail support brackets.
