LINEAR MOTOR ARRANGEMENT COMPRISING TWO DRIVE TRAINS
A linear motor arrangement for an elevator installation and a car movable along a first and second track. The linear motor arrangement is configured to drive the car. The linear motor arrangement includes a first drive train arranged along the first track, and a second drive train arranged along the second track. The first drive train differs from the second drive train in at least one property and forms an angle relative to the second track. A linear motor arrangement is disclosed for an elevator installation, wherein the elevator installation includes a car which is movable along a first and second track. The linear motor arrangement comprises a first drive train arranged along the first track, and a second drive train arranged along the second track, wherein the first drive train is configured to provide a higher drive power density than the second drive train.
MODULAR ELEVATOR SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A modular elevator system has a pit module, one or more shaft modules that are attachable to the pit module and/or to an adjacent shaft module, and a cap module that is attachable to an uppermost shaft module. The pit module, the shaft modules, and the cap module are each pre-fabricated and transported to a site at which a building is under construction for assembly top of the pit module, the remaining shaft modules are secured sequentially on top of each other, and the cap module is secured on top of the uppermost shaft module.
Elevator arrangement with multiple cars in the same shaft
The invention relates to an elevator arrangement with multiple elevator cars in the same elevator shaft, the arrangement at least an uppermost elevator with its operating system, hoisting machinery and elevator car, and a lowermost elevator with its operating system, hoisting machinery and elevator car, which elevator cars are arranged to run in the same elevator shaft along the same guide rails. The types of the two elevators in the same elevator shaft are mutually different from each other.
Elevator hoisting machine mounting device
In an elevator hoisting machine mounting device, an elastic support device includes a supporting elastic body that deforms elastically upon reception of a load from a hoisting machine unit. A buckling suppression device disposed at a remove from the elastic support device in a horizontal direction includes first and second buckling suppression elastic bodies that sandwich, from above and below, a buckling suppression attachment portion provided on a lower portion of the hoisting machine unit, and a holding tool that holds the first and second buckling suppression elastic bodies on a machine base. The buckling suppression device suppresses, by an elastic restoring force of the first and second buckling suppression elastic bodies, buckling of the hoisting machine unit relative to the machine base due to the elastic deformation of the supporting elastic body.
JUMP ELEVATOR AND JUMPING METHOD
A jump elevator includes a machine room provided in the hoistway and configured to be fixed or movable relative to the hoistway; at least one lifting assembly comprising: a frame attached to the outside of the hoistway and partially extending into the hoistway; a pulley assembly including a winch, a fixed end, and a plurality of pulleys disposed on the machine room and the frame; wherein a pulling line is disposed between the winch, the plurality of pulleys, and the fixed end; wherein the at least one lifting assembly is disposed below the covering portion of the hoistway.
Surface construction of elevator belt
A belt for suspending and/or driving an elevator car includes a plurality of tension elements extending longitudinally along a length of the belt, and a jacket at least partially encapsulating the plurality of tension elements. The jacket defines a traction surface of the belt configured to be interactive with a drive sheave and a back surface opposite the traction surface. The jacket is formed from a first material. One or more material strips are located at one or more of the traction surface or the back surface to improve one or more operational characteristics of the belt. The one or more material strips formed from a second material different from the first material.
ELEVATOR DEVICE
Provided is an elevator device, in which a hoisting machine includes a main shaft, a brake drum rotatable about an axis of the main shaft, and a brake unit arranged at a position on a radially outer side of the brake drum. The brake unit includes a movable member and presses the movable member in an obliquely upward direction against an outer peripheral surface of the brake drum to apply a braking force to the brake drum. The car guide rail is retained by an upper rail bracket at a position higher than a position of the machine base. The brake unit is arranged at a position higher than the machine base and lower than the upper rail bracket.
Drive system for an elevator installation, elevator installation, and method for installing a drive on a support element of an elevator installation
A drive system for an elevator installation includes a drive and a drive suspension for fastening the drive to a support element of the elevator installation. The drive suspension includes a rotary joint for tiltably mounting the drive on the support element and an adjustment device for setting a tilt of the drive about the rotary joint. The support element can be a guide rail wherein the drive system is arranged in an upper end region of the elevator installation.
DUPLEX ELEVATOR
An embodiment elevator includes a cage located on a hoistway and a raising/lowering driving device configured to raise and lower the cage in an up-down direction. The cage includes a first chamber having a first space as an inner space and a second chamber having a second space as an inner space, the second chamber is coupled to an upper or lower side of the first chamber, and a height of the first chamber is greater than a height of the second chamber in the up-down direction.
LIFTING SYSTEM WITH COUNTERWEIGHT PULLEYS AND CAGE ALIGNED ON THE SAME AXIS OF SYMMETRY
The invention relates to a lifting system for the transport of persons and for the movement of goods, with a traction unit (G) for a cage or goods hoist (10) provided with relative guides (18, 20), vertically movable inside a vertical run space (12) of a building between areas with a given height difference and provided with a bottom, side walls, a roof and mobile cage doors, in particular an electric wire rope elevator, with traction unit inside said vertical run space of the type called MRL (Machine Room Less), comprising a load supporting frame (14) and relative snub pulleys (28, 30), a moving counterweight (16) with relative guides (22, 24) and a snub pulley of the counterweight (32). In said system, said pulleys of the counterweight (16), of the traction unit (G) and of the frame (14) supporting the load contained in said cage, are aligned on the same axis, allowing the space useful for the movement of the cage to be optimised and thus making it possible to install a traction unit with greater lifting capacity.
