ELEVATOR SLIDING GUIDE SHOE, ELEVATOR CAR AND ELEVATOR COUNTERWEIGHT
20230382687 · 2023-11-30 ·

An elevator sliding guide shoe for an elevator car and an elevator counterweight includes: a pair of shoe liner brackets, adapted to be detachably mounted on a straight beam of an elevator car or an elevator counterweight; and a shoe liner, disposed between the pair of shoe liner brackets, including a pair of side walls and a bottom wall between the pair of side walls. The pair of side walls is detachably mounted on the pair of shoe liner brackets, respectively, such that the shoe liner is detachable by removing either one shoe liner bracket. The maintenance for the shoe liner can be completed without disassembling the entire elevator sliding guide shoe, especially for a hoistway with narrow space therein. It is very convenient to maintain and repair the split-type elevator sliding guide shoe, and it takes relatively less time in assembling and disassembling thereof.

The present invention provides a support jig for assembling an elevator car including; a first member including a first member body configured to be detachably fixed to a car rail having a front surface and a rear surface and vertically extending in a shaft to guide the ascending and descending of the elevator car on the front surface side, and a mount part on which a component of the elevator car is mountable; and a second member including a second-member fixing part configured to be detachably fixed to the car rail, and a support part extending from the second-member fixing part and configured to support the mount part of the first member from below.

DYNAMIC STOPPER/S IN AN ELEVATOR CAR

A system and a method for operating one or more dynamic stoppers in an elevator car. A method includes receiving a command at one or more control panels to switch one or more dynamic stoppers from a first position to a second position. The one or more dynamic stoppers are installed on a platform of an elevator car. The elevator car includes one or more doors and the one or more control panels is installed in the elevator car. The method includes switching the one or more dynamic stoppers from the first position to the second position using one or more actuators coupled to the one or more dynamic stoppers, respectively.

Wireless power transfer arrangement for an elevator car and an elevator

A wireless power transfer arrangement for an elevator car of an elevator is presented. The wireless power transfer arrangement comprises primary winding units distantly arranged with respect to each other at first positions of an elevator shaft along which the elevator car is configured to be moved, at least one secondary winding unit arranged to the elevator car. Each one of the primary winding units and the at least one secondary winding unit are arranged so that there is a gap between said winding units for enabling movement of the secondary winding unit with respect to the primary winding units and for establishing an inductive coupling between said winding units whenever said winding units are arranged to face each other at one of the first positions.

Elevator car

Elevator car (6) comprising an interior space (10) for accommodating passengers and/or cargo, a structural ceiling (20) arranged at the top of the elevator car (6) and comprising at least one rescue opening (21), and a decorative ceiling (22) arranged below the structural ceiling (20) within the interior space (10). The decorative ceiling (22) is movable between a closed position in which it extends basically parallel to the structural ceiling (20) and at least one open position in which it extends into the interior space (10). The elevator car (6) further comprises a control element (30) which is selectively attachable to the structural ceiling (20) and to the decorative ceiling (22), respectively. The control element (30), when attached to the decorative ceiling (22), allows moving the decorative ceiling (22) between its closed position and an open position in a controlled manner.

An illustrative example embodiment of an elevator system includes an elevator car, a first transceiver supported on the elevator car, and a second transceiver in a preselected location where the first transceiver can wirelessly communicate with the second transceiver when the elevator car is situated in a corresponding location. The first transceiver wirelessly communicates with the second transceiver to transfer at least electrical power between the transceivers. An elevator car power storage device is supported on the elevator car. The elevator car power storage device is configured to store electrical power received by the first transceiver from the second transceiver. The elevator car power storage device is also configured to provide power to the first transceiver to be transferred to the second transceiver.
