20170267494 · 2017-09-21 ·

A device for a lift system for actuating at least one cabin or shaft door (13, 16) is provided with a coupling mechanism (25) which can be fastened to a moveable cabin door (16) of a cabin (15). In addition, a plate unit (40) co-operating with the coupling mechanism (25) is provided which can be fixed onto a shaft door (13) on the respective story (12). The coupling mechanism (25) has a coupling element (24) that can be adjusted transversely to the latter or to the cabin door (16) and which can be moved from a drawn back position into a position coupled with a counter-element of the plate unit (40). This adjustable coupling element (24) and the counter-element of the plate unit (40) are advantageously each made to be magnetic, by means of which sufficient adhesive force can be generated in the coupled position. This device enables proper functioning during operation of a lift system, even if there are breakdowns.

Elevator car door interlock

An elevator car door interlock includes a first link assembly having a first intermediate link movably connected to a first vane, and a first link having a first link first end pivotally connected to the first intermediate link and a first link second end pivotally connected to the second vane. A latch assembly includes a door latch pivotally connected to the baseplate wherein responsive to operation of a drive mechanism that is drivably connected to the first link second end, while an interlock roller engages at least one of the first vane and the second vane, the first vane moves towards the second vane and the door latch pivots to unlock an elevator car door.

An elevator door control device includes: a car door panel and a hall door panel that open/close, respectively; a motor that drives the car door panel to open/close; jointing means for mechanically jointing the car door panel and the hall door panel to each other so that the panels open/close in an integrated manner; a closer device that provides a self-closing force in a door close direction to the hall door panel, and controller controlling the motor. The controller includes a torque detection unit that detects a torque of the motor in at least one of door closing and door opening of the panels when the panels are jointed to each other, and a diagnosis unit determines whether or not the hall door panel can self-close via the self-closing force when the panels are not jointed to each other, based on the torque detected by the torque detection unit.

A method of unlocking an elevator car door or an elevator car includes operating a door operator and moving a movable vane operably coupled to the door operator. If the elevator car is positioned within a landing door zone, the movable vane is moved into contact with an interlock roller. An engagement latch is rotated to disengage from an electrical contact in response to moving the movable vane into contact with the interlock roller.

Elevator Car Door Control System

An elevator car door control system includes a clutch and an interlock assembly. The clutch may include a stationary base and a slidable base movably attached to the stationary base. The stationary base may be adapted for attachment to a car door of an elevator car. The interlock assembly may include a locking arm operatively connected to the slidable base of the clutch and moveable from a locked position preventing translation relative to the elevator car to an unlocked position. When the car door is in a closed position, a door opening sequence may commence causing the slidable base to move relative to the car door, but the car door will only open if the slidable base presses against an object, such as a roller on a hoistway door, in which case the locking arm of the interlock assembly moves from the locked to the unlocked position.
