Elevator door with sensor for determining whether to reopen door
Disclosed is a system for an elevator door of an elevator car, wherein a controller controls the elevator door to travel in a proximate direction when closing and travel in a distal direction when opening, the system including: a panel that forms an exterior surface of an elevator door, the panel including a front surface extending in a widthwise direction between a proximate end and an opposing distal end to form a front surface of the elevator door, the panel including a proximate end surface extending in a depthwise direction to form a proximate end surface of the elevator door, the proximate end surface of the panel comprising a resilient portion that is capable of engaging a sensor in the panel when the elevator door is closing, and thereafter the controller instructs the elevator door to reopen.
JUDGMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method having a first step in which a radio signal transmitting unit transmits a radio signal carrying a piece of information corresponding to a first event which occurred to a signal comparison unit and, upon occurrence of the first event or a second event occurring simultaneously or virtually simultaneously with the first event, a wired signal transmitting unit transmits a wired signal carrying a piece of information corresponding to the first or second event to the signal comparison unit and a second step in which the signal comparison unit judges reliability of the radio signal based on the radio signal and the wired signal. In the second step, the signal comparison unit judges reliability of the radio signal based on the pieces of information respectively carried by the radio signal and the wired signal and a temporal difference between reception timings of the radio signal and the wired signal.
ELEVATOR CAR, ELEVATOR INSTALLATION, METHOD FOR OPERATING AN ELEVATOR SYSTEM AND DOOR DRIVE
An elevator car includes at least one elevator door, a door drive for actuating the elevator door, a sensor for detecting the motor power of the door drive and an evaluating unit that determines, based on the motor power detected, whether there is a deviation in the drive force actuating the elevator door from a reference drive force. The evaluating unit determines whether a deviation occurs due to an obstacle in contact with the elevator door or due to altered external conditions, particularly due to altered pressure conditions and/or air flow.
Elevator access systems for elevators
Elevator access systems are provided. The elevator access systems include a bushing having a keyway, a plunger disposed within the bushing and movable relative thereto, a lever operably connected to the plunger, and a removable plug located within the keyway of the bushing, wherein the removable plug urges the plunger and the lever into a first position, and upon removal of the removable plug, the plunger and the lever move to a second position, wherein in the second position the plunger is accessible to operate the lever.

Locking system for elevator car door
A locking system that locks and unlocks a door of an elevator car travelling along a track having stopping points and associated stopping point zones includes a lock mechanism having a locking position wherein the door is immobilized in a closed position and an unlocking position wherein the door can be opened, an actuator for bringing the lock mechanism into the locking and unlocking positions, and a control device activating the actuator to bring the lock mechanism into the unlocking position when the car is located in the region of a stopping point zone. A position detecting unit continuously detects the position of the car relative to the track and communicates the position to the control device that continuously detects whether the car is located in the region of a stopping point zone by comparing the communicated car position to stored position limit values of the stopping point zones.
MEASUREMENT AND DIAGNOSTIC OF ELEVATOR DOOR PERFORMANCE USING SOUND AND VIDEO
A component monitoring system for monitoring a component of a conveyance system including a conveyance apparatus including: a camera configured to capture a sequence images of the component, the sequence of images being motion data; and a processor configured to determine an evaluation summary of the component in response to at least the motion data.
ELEVATOR DOOR CONTROL DEVICE
Provided is an elevator door control device capable of safely closing a door of an elevator when a power failure occurs and preventing an extra burden from being placed on a rescue worker. The elevator door control device according to the present invention includes a door dynamic braking control circuit (15) that performs, when a power failure occurs in a condition in which the door of the elevator is in an intermediate position, dynamic braking control of a door motor (2) until full close of the door is detected and deactivates the dynamic braking control when the full close of the door is detected.
Operation Setting Device for Elevator Door Device, and Method for Setting Opening and Closing Operation of the Door Device Using the Operation Setting Device
Provided is an operation setting device for an elevator door device, which includes: a door type selection part that selects opening types of a car door; a speed index selection part that selects an index of an opening and closing speed set for the car door; and a processing part that executes setting processing of deriving operation setting information representative of a setting content related to an opening and closing operation of the door device, and outputting the operation setting information to a controller that controls the opening and closing operation of the door device. The processing part includes a speed pattern deriving part that derives speed pattern information on the basis of the opening type selected by the door type selection part and the index of the opening and closing speed selected by the speed index selection part, in which the speed pattern information is the operation setting information.
STIMULATION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING AN ELEVATOR SYSTEM
A stimulation system (301) for monitoring an elevator system, including a main controller (302) having a trigger output (312) for sending trigger signals and configurable to receive detection signals from sensors of the elevator system, and an activation controller (304) connectable to a input unit of an elevator car and having a trigger input (316) for receiving trigger signals that is connected to the trigger output; the activation controller is configured to, when connected to the input unit, cause activation, in response to a trigger signal (406), of predetermined operational signals at the input unit; and the main controller is configured to, when configured to receive the detection signals from the sensors, send (404) the trigger signal, and determine based on detection signals whether at least one change of the operating state occurs in accordance with the at least one predetermined operational signal.
