Device for riding surfboard
The invention concerns a device for controlling a monoski (1), in particular for snow, by means of the combined simple rotation and simple tilting of a single control member such as a handlebar, simultaneously by lateral inclination and by longitudinal twisting. It therefore combines the necessary mechanical functions of a pair of conventional fixtures with the ease of use of a bicycle, and does not require a specific monoski. It makes it possible to move freely on the snow, controlling with both feet held but not locked, or indeed to use one foot to help push on flat terrain and provide stability. The lever arm provided by the control member is considerably superior to that of a pair of conventional fixtures, greatly improving ease of use and the maximum capacities of the device. Finally, it can be quickly folded for ease of handling and storage.
Extended skating rink and method of play thereon
A roller skating rink for players to play a skating game utilizes one or more game implements. A skating track is made from a plurality of track sections. The roller skating rink includes concave channel sections on one side of the track sections and has a lower end and an upper end that are substantially vertically aligned. One or more propelling devices are each adapted to propel one of the game implements into the roller skating rink. One or more scoring receptacles are situated for receiving one or more of the game implements therein proximate the upper end of the concave peripheral wall. A method of game play is further disclosed.
COLLAPSIBLE SKI
A ski collapsible for transportation comprises only two structural portions, that is the front and the rear of the ski, coupled together by provisions of a formed in the rear portion of the ski along the entire width of the opening thereof from the edge to the edge tenon corresponding to a mortise formed on an entire width of the opening of the front portion of the ski. A coupling of the ski is positioned in the location enabling attachment of the front of the binding onto the rear portion of the ski, whereas facing the rear of the ski arms of the coupling resembling a shape of a letter omega are coupled together by a transversal bar attached by screws to the arms of the coupling. The bar is located close in front of the front part of the binding, whereas a located in a long axis of the ski and shifted towards the front portion of the ski latch/clamp securing both portions of the ski against moving apart and thus separation. To the bar is adjacent a front of a plate for the front of the binding, at the opposite end thereof are located openings for screws attaching the front of the binding to the rear portion of the ski.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF A CUSTOMIZABLE SOCCER MINI-PITCH SYSTEM
There exists a number of youth development programs centered on sports programming. Some of these programs operate on a platform of revitalizing neighborhood spaces to improve community engagement by creating a space for youth to enjoy sports. Oftentimes these neighborhood spaces include restrictions or the surrounding community has needs (like lighting and seating) which are unmet or under-met. Envisioned is a system approach to addressing these needs wherein a wide variety of custom solutions can be produced from prefabricated, modular, and portable components that interface with existing amenities (if any) so to enrich the youth experience and better achieve program objectives. This modular approach provides a common infrastructure for different spaces, different sports, and different levels of play.
Wall rack with pivoting extensions
A wall rack includes first and second mountable brackets, each including a plurality of spaced arms extending outwardly from the bracket for supporting items thereon. One or more arms of each bracket include a pivotable extension deployable to support wider items and storable when not needed.
Visual and Auditory Reducing Enclosure
A device for eliminating auditory and visual distractions for the user. The device is adjustable and features walls comprised of fabric to accomplish its design goal. Extendable poles provide the structure for the device. The tent-like device can quickly expand into its useful position. The device can also quickly collapse. The device can be stored in a storage container for simple transportation.
ICE SKATING RINK STRUCTURE AND METHOD
A self-standing portable ice skating rink structure that does not penetrate the underlying surface and generally requires no tools or hardware for installation is provided. The ice skating rink structure includes a perimeter component and one or more tension members. The perimeter component can include one or more board holding members and/or one or more optionally interlocking side boards.
TECHNOLOGIES FOR TRANSPORTATION
An apparatus comprising a platform; a plurality of trucks coupled to the platform; and a roller assembly coupled to the platform, wherein the roller assembly is configured for an omnidirectional rotation, wherein the roller assembly is configured for an elastic biasing, wherein the roller assembly is driven by a motor.
LOCKING MECHANISM FOR FOLDABLE POLE AND FOLDABLE POLE
A locking mechanism is adapted for a foldable pole including a pole body and an elastic drawstring disposed therein, and the pole body being composed of a plurality of pole sections foldably connected with each other through the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes a connector and a connecting sleeve. The connecting sleeve is disposed on one end of adjacent two ends of two pole sections and the connector is disposed on another end of adjacent two ends of two pole sections. The connecting sleeve has a through hole for receiving the connector. An elastic buckle for locking the connector is disposed on the connecting sleeve. One end of the elastic buckle passes through the connecting sleeve and is inserted into the clamping groove of the connector. The locking sleeve is pressable against the elastic buckle so as to lock or unlock the connecting sleeve with the connector.
