COMMUNICATION UNDER ELEVATOR COMMUNICATION SYSTEM ENVIRONMENT IN BUILDING
A communication method implemented in an environment of an elevator communication system inside a building is intended to realize a communication between a first terminal corresponding to a visitor and a second terminal corresponding to a to-be-visited target object inside the building, and the communication method includes the steps of: determining the to-be-visited target object by the first terminal from the elevator communication system; initiating, via the elevator communication system, a request to establish communication with the second terminal by the first terminal; accepting the request by the second terminal, and transmitting its second indoor positioning information to the first terminal by the second terminal via the elevator communication system; and presenting the second indoor positioning information by the first terminal.
ASSOCIATED MOBILE ELEVATOR CALLS
A method of operating an elevator call control system comprising: receiving a first elevator call from a first individual carrying a first mobile device, the first elevator call including a destination request to travel from a first boarding floor to a first destination floor; determining that the first individual carrying the first mobile device is traveling with a second individual, wherein the second individual is traveling to a second destination floor; assigning an elevator car to the first elevator call; and scheduling the elevator car to transport the first individual carrying the first mobile device and the second individual together to at least one of a first destination floor and the second destination floor.
PASSENGER SPECIFIED ELEVATOR REASSIGNMENT CRITERIA
A method of reassigning an elevator call for an elevator car comprising: receiving an elevator call from a mobile device, the elevator call including a destination request to travel from a boarding floor to a destination floor; assigning a first elevator car to the elevator call; activating an alert on the mobile device that the first elevator car has been assigned to the elevator call; determining that the first elevator car cannot serve the elevator call; assigning a second elevator car to the elevator call; and activating an alert on the mobile device indicating that the second elevator car has been assigned to the elevator call.
PASSENGER SELECTION FOR INTERRUPTED ELEVATOR SERVICE
A method of reassigning an elevator call for an elevator car comprising: receiving an elevator call from a mobile device, the elevator call comprising a destination request to travel to a destination floor; assigning a first elevator car to the elevator call; determining that the first elevator car cannot serve the elevator call; activating an alert on the mobile device to enter any elevator car; detecting whether the mobile device enters a second elevator car; and assigning the second elevator car to the elevator call.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ASSIGNING ELEVATOR SERVICE BASED ON PASSENGER USAGE
Disclosed is an elevator system in a building having a plurality of levels with a respective plurality of lobbies, including a first level and a second level having a respective first lobby and second lobby, the system including: an elevator car and a controller that controls the elevator car and communicates over a network with a device for a passenger seeking elevator service at the first lobby, wherein the controller: generates statistical data of elevator usage from dynamically updated accounting of elevator calls from the passenger, renders a first determination from the statistical data that the passenger will request first elevator service at the first lobby, and transmits a first communication to the device that includes instructions to display the first determination for the passenger.
ELEVATOR ANALYTICS FACILITATING PASSENGER DESTINATION PREDICTION AND RESOURCE OPTIMIZATION
Systems, computer-implemented methods, and computer program products that can facilitate elevator analytics and/or elevator optimization components are provided. According to an embodiment, a system can comprise a memory that stores computer executable components and a processor that executes the computer executable components stored in the memory. The computer executable components can comprise a prediction component that can predict a current destination of an elevator passenger based on historical elevator usage data of the elevator passenger. The computer executable components can further comprise an assignment component that can assign the elevator passenger to an elevator based on the current destination.
ELEVATOR OPERATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE, ELEVATOR OPERATION MANAGEMENT METHOD AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
An elevator operation management device (600) performs operation management of a plurality of elevator cars. A machine-learning unit (601) performs machine-learning using operation data which indicates an operation status of the plurality of elevator cars, and generates an operation management algorithm which is an algorithm used for operation management of the plurality of elevator cars. The control unit (602) executes the operation management algorithm generated by the machine-learning unit (601), and performs operation management of the plurality of elevator cars.
ELEVATOR SYSTEM
An elevator system (2) comprises an elevator car (10) configured for traveling along a hoistway (4) between a plurality of landings (8); and at least one passenger sensor (20) provided at least one of the landings (8). The at least one passenger sensor (20) is configured for detecting passengers (26) being present within a predefined detection zone (28) at the respective landing (8) by detecting a detection signal (30b) reflected by a reflecting building structure (22, 24) of the respective landing (8), and for providing a corresponding sensor signal.
MULTI-CAGE LIFT INSTALLATION AND METHOD FOR OPERATING A MULTI-CAGE LIFT INSTALLATION
A method for operating a multi-car elevator system having a shaft system with at least one lift shaft, a plurality of elevator cars that can be moved individually in the shaft system, and a control system. Data about the cars is provided at time intervals. When the provision of data relating to a first car fails, a shaft position of said first car is determined. A quarantine section of the shaft system is determined, in which the first car is located by means of the determined shaft position, and the determined quarantine section is blocked for the other cars of the system. The invention further relates to a multi-car elevator system configured for the implementation of such a method.
Elevator route selection system
A method and system for providing destination dispatch in an elevator control system, includes identifying a user, retrieving a user profile associated with the user, receiving a destination request associated with the user, analyzing the user profile and the destination request, determining a plurality of assignments, identifying a preferred assignment of the plurality of assignments, and prompting the user to opt-out of the preferred assignment.
