TRANSPORT AND HOISTING STRUCTURE FOR A TURBOMACHINE
Structure (310) for transporting and hoisting a turbomachine (312), said structure comprising a hoisting interface (328) arranged on a rigid hoisting arm (318) which extends over the turbomachine and is connected to a rigid transport arm (316) which extends over a lateral side of the turbomachine, this transport arm being connected to at least two engine mounts (340) solid with the turbomachine. The transport arm (316), or one of the engine mounts connected to this transport arm, comprises a transport interface (324) that can be supported by a bearing element (332) of a truck (326) used for transporting the turbomachine.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LIFTING WITH SPREADER BAR
A system includes a spreader bar comprising a structural support, a first load coupling, and a second load coupling, and a lift coupling and a drive system coupled to the lift coupling. The system also includes at least one load sensor configured to sense a load coupled to the first load coupling, the second load coupling, or a combination thereof. A controller may be coupled to the drive system and the at least one load sensor, such that the controller is configured to obtain an indication of a center of gravity of the load based on the at least one load sensor, and the controller is configured to operate the drive system to move the lift coupling based on the center of gravity.
Hoist rotary assembly
A rotary assembly for a hoist includes at least one of a rotary union and a slip ring. A bearing is positioned radially outward of the rotary union and/or slip ring with respect to a central axis. A first plurality of axially extending support columns are radially outward of the rotary union and/or slip ring and fixed to the bearing. A second plurality of axially extending support columns are radially outward of the rotary union and/or slip ring and fixed to the bearing. The second plurality of axially extending support columns is axially opposite the bearing from the first plurality of axially extending support columns.
