Modular crane attachment device for purlins
Modular crane attachment device for purlins is a crane attachment jig that attaches to the hook of a crane and functions to lift a plurality of purlins in one lift to place each purlin at the precise location on the rafters of a building under construction to allow for immediate attachment of all purlins to the rafters wherein each purlin is fastened into place while held by the crane and modular crane attachment device for purlins, which functions as a giant assembly jig in this manner. Modular crane attachment device for purlins is modular so that it can be broken down by hand into a bundle of 10-20 foot long structural members, fittings, and cables. Modular crane attachment device for purlins is modular so it can be assembled in any length and width to fit any application of any number and any length of purlins required for the building.
GRABBING MECHANISM
Aspects of the disclosure relate to grabbing, holding and releasing an object including a pull stud. For instance, a grabbing mechanism may include a piston chamber having a piston configured to move within the piston chamber when the piston chamber is pressurized. The mechanism may also include a collet attached to the piston such that the collet and piston move together when the piston moves. The collet may include a groove. The mechanism may also include ball cage including a plurality of balls arranged at least partially within respective ball chambers of the ball cage. The ball cage may be arranged at least partially within the collet such that movement of the piston and collet causes the groove to align with the respective ball chambers. The plurality of balls may be configured to move into and out of the groove and to lock the pull stud within the mechanism.

Manhole Adjustment Ring Removal Assembly and Method
A manhole adjustment ring removal assembly includes a frame. A pair of legs is pivotally coupled to the frame. Each of the legs has an upper end and a lower end and each end has one of a pair of thee plates attached thereto. The plates each have an outer edge extending outwardly away from a corresponding one of the legs. The outer edges taper to point and are extendable between an adjustment ring and a cone base. A drive assembly is mounted on the frame and is mechanically coupled to the legs. The drive assembly is actuated in a first direction moving the lower ends away from each other and in a second direction moving the lower ends toward each other. A lift ring is attached to the frame to be engaged with a cable to lift the frame when the plates are positioned under the adjustment ring.

Anti-twist frame, vessel and method for lowering an object in a water body
The invention relates to a method for lowering an object in a water body from a vessel floating on the water body, the vessel comprising first hoisting means with second hoisting means arranged on or near the vessel, with at least a first anti-twist frame (ATF) being connected to a lower end of a first hoisting cable of the first hoisting means, the object being attached to the lower end of the first hoisting cable, below the ATF. The method allows for adjusting the vessel's heading prior to carrying out the method, allowing the vessel to remain substantially aligned with the wind/wave direction, and at the same time preventing the first hoisting cable from being subjected to excessive twist.
