HOISTING DEVICE
20210047150 · 2021-02-18 · ·

A hoisting device includes a first part movably connected to a running rail above it, and a second part suspended under the first part, and a hoist arranged between the first part and second part to lift and lower the second part. In addition, a scissors mechanism is arranged between the first part and second part to prevent the horizontal movement and twisting movement of the second part in relation to the first part. Such a hoisting device is advantageous, because the second part of the hoisting device may be lifted and lowered at the same time as the first part is moved without any notable swinging exerted on the second part.

Article Transport Vehicle

An article transport vehicle of this disclosure includes a fall restricting device. A vehicle body of the article transport vehicle includes a first cover section, a second cover section, and a cover connecting section. The fall restricting device includes a pair of fall restricting members and a driving mechanism. The pair of fall restricting members each include a supported section, a pair of vertical extension sections, and a lower connecting section. The driving mechanism drives the pair of fall restricting members to move between a restricting position and a release position. At the restricting position, the pair of vertical extension sections overlap a stored article in a second direction view, and furthermore the lower connecting section overlaps the stored article in a vertical view. At the release position, the lower connecting section does not overlap the stored article in the vertical view.

TROLLEY OF A CRANE

A trolley of a crane is arranged to move along a main support structure of the crane. The trolley includes a support frame structure; bearing wheels which are fastened to the support frame structure and by means of which the trolley is arranged to move along the main support structure; and a hoisting mechanism that has a rope drum for a hoisting rope, a rope pulley arrangement through which the hoisting rope may be guided from the rope drum to a fixed fastening point on the trolley, and a hoisting member in cooperation with the hoisting rope for hoisting a load. The rope drum is supported to the support frame structure of the trolley so that the axle of the rope drum is parallel to the main support structure. The rope pulley arrangement is located, in the axial direction of the rope drum, at least partly outside one rope drum end which is on the side of said fastening point. The support frame structure is divided into two separate frame parts, whereby the first frame part supports the rope pulley arrangement and the rope drum end on the side thereof, and whereby the second frame part supports the opposite end of the rope drum. A pivoted joint is arranged between the first frame part and the second frame part, which allows the first and second frame part to move relative to each other around the vertical and horizontal axis and the longitudinal axis of the first and second frame part.

OVERHEAD CONVEYANCE VEHICLE

An overhead transport vehicle travels along a travel rail and conveys a FOUP including a removable lid in a suspended state. The overhead transport vehicle includes a holder to grip the FOUP with the lid oriented in a width direction crossing the traveling direction, a pair of frames provided at the front and the back in the traveling direction relative to the holder, and a first lid drop-preventing member provided so as to be pivotable along a horizontal plane about a pivot shaft in the vertical direction, between an advanced position in front of the lid and a retracted position at a position retracted from the front of the lid.

RAIL-MOUNTED LIFT SYSTEMS WITH LOCATION TRACKING, SUBJECT TRACKING, AND USER TRACKING CAPABILITIES

Rail-mounted lift systems, systems comprising the same, and kits of parts for retrofitting rail-mounted lift systems are disclosed. A lift system includes a rail having a carriage support channel formed therein, a carriage slidably disposed in the carriage support channel for relative movement to the rail, a lift unit coupled to the carriage, the lift unit having a motor that extends and retracts a lifting strap, and a locating system having a first component and a second component separate from the first component. One of the first and second components is a transmitter providing a code that corresponds to a predetermined location and the other is a receiver detecting the code when the first and second components are moved in proximity to one another due to movement of the carriage along the rail.
