Crane, construction machine or industrial truck simulator
A crane, a construction machine or an industrial truck, with a control station including at least one input means for inputting control commands, a graphical simulation module for calculating a virtual representation of the machine surroundings and/or machine components visible from the control station, such as a boom or a load hook, and a display device for displaying the calculated virtual representation, wherein a movement simulation module is provided for determining movements and/or deformations of the machine components according to the inputted control commands, depending on which the graphical simulation module calculates the virtual representation. Proposed is a data emulation using hardware components, which carry out actual actuating movements and thus simulate “actual” actuating movements of the machine to be simulated, in order to provide corresponding movement data more rapidly and with less computing performance, whereby a more realistic simulation can be achieved in real-time or almost real-time.
Mobile crane
A crawler crane includes: a seating switch that detects whether an operator is in a driver seat; a turn angle potentiometer that detects the turn position of a boom; and a controller. The controller is provided with a boom turn restriction control unit for performing a boom turn-restricting control whereby the boom is not allowed to turn within a predetermined angular range above the driver seat on the basis of the output from the turn angle potentiometer. The boom turn restriction control unit includes a restriction-canceling unit that cancels the boom turn-restricting control performed by a turn-restricting unit if a preset restriction-canceling condition is met. The boom turn restriction control unit cancels the boom turn-restricting control if the seating switch does not detect an operator. Ease of operation and work can thus be improved in a remote operation mode and the like.
Mobile crane
A crawler crane includes: a seating switch that detects whether an operator is in a driver seat; a turn angle potentiometer that detects the turn position of a boom; and a controller. The controller is provided with a boom turn restriction control unit for performing a boom turn-restricting control whereby the boom is not allowed to turn within a predetermined angular range above the driver seat on the basis of the output from the turn angle potentiometer. The boom turn restriction control unit includes a restriction-canceling unit that cancels the boom turn-restricting control performed by a turn-restricting unit if a preset restriction-canceling condition is met. The boom turn restriction control unit cancels the boom turn-restricting control if the seating switch does not detect an operator. Ease of operation and work can thus be improved in a remote operation mode and the like.
CRANE
A crane includes a connector that supports a cab in such a manner that a position of the cab relative to a frame is changeable between an operation position and a transportation position. The connector has a lower swing arm attached to a lower arm attachment part below a first boom attachment part swingably about a swing axis located behind the first boom attachment part and an upper swing arm attached to an upper arm attachment part above the first boom attachment part swingably about the swing axis.
CRANE
A crane includes a connector that supports a cab in such a manner that a position of the cab relative to a frame is changeable between an operation position and a transportation position. The connector has a lower swing arm attached to a lower arm attachment part below a first boom attachment part swingably about a swing axis located behind the first boom attachment part and an upper swing arm attached to an upper arm attachment part above the first boom attachment part swingably about the swing axis.
Cabin lifter for a material transfer unit
The present disclosure relates to a cabin lifter for a material transfer unit comprising at least one hydraulic cylinder supported in a damped manner. The present disclosure is further directed to a corresponding damping bush for damping the hydraulic cylinder and to a material transfer unit comprising a corresponding cabin lifter.

The present invention relates to a remote control device for a crane, for a construction machine and/or for a pallet truck comprising a control station that has at least one input means for inputting control commands and that has a signal transmission device for transmitting the input control commands to the control apparatus of the crane, of the construction machine, or of the pallet truck; and a display apparatus for displaying a representation of the machine surroundings and/or of a piece of working equipment such as a boom or a lifting hook, wherein a movement determination unit is provided for determining movements and/or deformations of the machine components in dependence on the input control commands. It is proposed to present crane reactions or machine reactions to control commands input at the control station, for example in the form of crane movements and/or of crane deformations not only in the form of a representation on the display apparatus, but to convert them into an actual movement of the control station of the remote control accompanying the crane reaction or machine reaction to allow the remote control user to have the dynamic machine reactions communicated to him more realistically and to experience them more realistically.

Upper turning body for crane
An upper turning body mounted on a lower body for a crane includes a turning frame mounted on the lower body to turn freely, and a boom provided to the turning frame to be raised and lowered freely. The turning frame includes a pair of attachment brackets to which a base end section of the boom is attached such that the boom is free to be raised and lowered, and a frame body to which the pair of attachment brackets are provided with an interval in a left-right direction of the upper turning body. The frame body is formed of a plurality of divided frames arranged side by side in the left-right direction of the upper turning body, adjacent divided frames of the plurality of divided frames being separably joined to each other.
