Cross skate system and method of operation thereof
A device which may include first and second cross skate bodies each having a frame configured to support at least first and second wheels situated inline of each other, each frame having at least one compartment configured to position a corresponding power source of first and second power sources; first and second foot couplers, each foot coupler configured to couple a foot of a user to a corresponding cross skate body of the cross skate bodies; a first traction motor coupled to drive at least one of the first and second wheels of the first cross skate body; a second traction motor coupled to drive at least one of the first and second wheels of the second cross skate body; and a controller which may be configured to: receive a drive signal from a drive controller, and control the first and second traction motors to drive the corresponding wheels in accordance with the drive signal.
SKATEBOARD TRUCK MOUNTING APPARATUS
A skateboard truck mounting apparatus is provided. The skateboard truck mounting apparatus includes a rigid body, having a first hole and a second hole, where the holes are configured to interface with the holes on a skateboard deck. Both the first hole and the second hole are equipped with self-locking mechanisms.
Side rails for self-stabilizing, one-wheeled electric skateboards and related products
Novel side rails for self-stabilizing, one-wheeled electric skateboards and related products are disclosed. The angled frame rails of this invention and disclosure lower the center of gravity at the contact points—i.e. a rider's feet on the footpads—by as much as possible without losing any clearance at the front and rear bumpers, and tilt the gyroscope to change the zero-degree level default position. In order to achieve this, the inventive rails herein change to a downward tilt as soon as possible after the axle bolt connection points, then tilt back up before the footpad decks and continue through the front and rear of the vehicle. In one embodiment, a five-degree downward tilt of the rails allows for an approximately one-half inch drop in the center of gravity of the vehicle, thus increasing speed, stability, and safety.
Self-Balancing Vehicle With Rotation Stop
A self-balancing vehicle includes a vehicle body having a housing with left and right sides which are independently moveable. A unitary support bar is disposed within the housing, and a left drive wheel and an opposed right drive wheel are each coupled to the support bar. A bracket encircles the support bar; the bracket has a cylindrical body formed with a slot through the body. A set screw is fixed to the support bar and is received within the slot to limit rotational movement of the support bar with respect to the bracket.
SKATEBOARD TRAINING DEVICES
Skateboard training devices are provided to assist all levels and ages of skateboard enthusiasts in learning tricks. The devices can comprise a deck including a core comprising a set of materials, wherein the core is partially or entirely surrounded by an outer protective material. In some aspects, the core can be made of one or more of a wood, a plastic, a metal, a composite, a fiberglass, and nylon. In some aspects, the outer protective material comprises a foam material. In some aspects, the core can comprise a foam material that is denser than an outer protective foam material.
In-line skate braking system
The subject of the invention is an in-line skate braking system designed to brake in-line skate wheels. This is achieved by an electric motor controlling the action of the brake segment on in-line skate wheels.
Skateboard With Steering Control Assembly
A skateboard comprising a board including a front portion and a rear portion, the front and rear portions being disposed in a horizontal plane such that a uniform gap is formed there between; a front wheel assembly including a pair of wheels, the front wheel assembly being secured to a bottom surface of the front portion of the board; a rear wheel assembly including a pair of wheels, the rear wheel assembly being secured to a bottom surface of the rear portion of the board; and a steering control assembly secured to both the front portion and the rear portion of the board, wherein the steering control assembly is configured to allow pivotable movement of the front portion and the rear portion of the board about both a longitudinal center axis of the skateboard that lies in a horizontal plane and a vertical pivot axis that is transverse to the longitudinal center axis of the skateboard.
Torque strengthening device for land surfboard adapters
The invention discloses a torque strengthening device for land surfboard adapters, comprising an upper connecting plate and a lower connecting plate, wherein a number of tension springs are connected between the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate; the upper connecting plate and the lower connecting plate are provided with the same number of evenly arranged spring connecting blocks on the side facing the tension springs; the number of the tension springs is twice the number of the spring connecting blocks on the upper connecting plate, and each of the spring connecting blocks is provided with two spring connecting holes; the spring connecting blocks of the upper connecting plate and the spring connecting blocks on the lower connecting plate are alternately arranged. The invention can replace tension springs with different torques to obtain different surfing feelings.
Electric roller skate and control method thereof
An electric roller skate in the present invention includes a shoe body, a roller frame, a driver, a rotation speed detection device, and a controller. The controller receives rotation speed information of the rotation speed detection device and accordingly controls the driver to start to drive the rollers to rotate. The present invention further provides a control method for the electric roller skate described above. The controller is capable of controlling the driver to start to drive the electric roller skate to slide according to the detected rotation speed information. Through the above arrangement, the solution can help a user to skate in a more labor-saving manner and reduce fatigue of the user. Meanwhile, the driver is started in a mode closer to a conventional sliding mode, is higher in convenience and intelligence, reduces use difficulty and makes user experience better.
AN ICE SKATE
An ice skate for skating on ice, which ice skate comprises; an upper chassis section comprising a first contact surface having a front end and a rear end, a lower chassis section comprising a second contact surface having a front end and a rear end, and a coupling arrangement comprising a spring back means, which coupling arrangement is arranged to mechanically connect the upper and lower chassis sections. The coupling arrangement is arranged to allow the upper chassis section to pivot relative to the lower chassis section by rolling contact motion between the first and second contact surface such that a momentary contact region (CR) of the first and second contact surfaces moves back and forth between the front and rear ends of the first and second contact surfaces. The spring back means is arranged to urge the momentary contact region (CR) to a neutral position.
