A strap for releasably retaining one or more articles. The strap includes a flexible elongate body and a buckle coupled to the first end. The body has a first region adjacent a first end of the body, a second region adjacent a second end of the body, and a central region positioned between the first and second regions. The central region of the body defines a plurality of spaced apart fastening holes. The first region defines a strap opening for receiving the second end of the strap and releasably engaging a portion of the body. The buckle includes a frame including a proximal region coupled to the first end of the body, a distal region, and first and second side regions between the proximal and distal region. The second side region includes a gateway for releasably receiving any region of the body.

A protective case for large objects including a lock housing formed from a first section and a second section, both of the sections including at least one external subsection and at least one internal subsection configured to telescope inside the external subsection; and an extension lock comprising a lock housing and a compression lock, the lock housing including a screw-threaded channel, and the compression comprising at least one screw-threaded shaft with a compressive component on the interior end and a lock handle on the exterior end, the screw-threaded shaft configured to matingly engage with the screw-threaded channel of the lock housing; the compression lock configured to descend in the lock housing and compressingly lock the internal subsection in an extended position upon locking rotation of the compression lock; and the compression lock configure to ascend in the lock housing upon unlocking rotation of the cam latch.

A self-standing skateboard system includes a skateboard and a panel. The skateboard includes first and second trucks attached to a deck. The panel includes a front face, a back face, and a perimeter edge extending around and between the front face and the back face, the perimeter edge having a first end opposite a second end and a pair of opposed sides coupled to and extending between the first and second ends, with the panel having a slot extending into the first end defining a pair of spaced projections, and the slot being configured for receiving one of the first and second trucks for supporting the skateboard on the panel. Further, the panel has a notch extending into the second end defining a pair of feet for supporting the panel in an upright position on a supporting surface.

A powered skateboard having a powered wheel. The powered wheel formed of a motor within tire of the wheel. The powered wheel fixed to a truck of the powered skateboard. The powered skateboard including at least one onboard battery to provide electrical power to the powered wheel.

A self-standing skateboard system includes a skateboard and a panel. The skateboard includes first and second trucks attached to a deck. A rack to hold skateboards, longboards, scooters, motorcycle helmets, purses, umbrellas and other implements or accessories. The rack is adapted to be mounted on a wall or surface. The rack is formed of a lip extending from a rear support. The lip is formed of a series of rounded protrusions. Items to be held by the rack can be received over the protrusions. In one embodiment, each protrusion is angled at a predetermined angle from the front. This helps keep a received skateboard, scooter or other accessory at an appropriate angle such that the wheels or surface of the accessory will remain off an affixed wall to avoid damage to wall. The rack can also include a locking mechanism for locking adjacent protrusions. The rack is designed for safety by having rounded edges on all areas that protrude from the wall.

A rack to hold skateboards, longboards, scooters, motorcycle helmets, purses, umbrellas and other implements or accessories. The rack is adapted to be mounted on a wall or surface. The rack is formed of a lip extending from a rear support. The lip is formed of a series of rounded protrusions. Items to be held by the rack can be received over the protrusions. A backpack has a folding durable panel attached to the back side thereof. The panel is configured to wrap around a middle portion of a skateboard deck, such that the trucks and wheels positioned away from the back of the wearer. The skateboard is secured to the backpack by an attachment means attached to the ends of the fabric panel.

A skateboard carrier bag with a skateboard compartment conveniently holds a skateboard freeing the user's hands for other tasks. The skateboard compartment will typically conform to the shape of a skateboard inserted therein, reducing overall size and bulk, and allowing the skateboard carrier bag to be easily transported. In this manner, a user may take his or her skateboard virtually anywhere.

The present invention is generally related to storing and protecting boards used for boardsports, and more particularly related to one or more embodiments of an apparatus comprising a board ground absorption pad for placement on a horizontal surface in a storage location, wherein the board ground absorption pad protects a boardsport board from damage caused by the surface, protects the surface from damage caused by the boardsport board, and protects the storage location from runoff debris falling off of the boardsport board (such as water, for example). One or more embodiments of a system for storing and protecting boards used for boardsports are also disclosed comprising the ground adsorption pad used in combination with a top grip, such as a board wall grip suction pad or a board wall grip stick-on pad, wherein the top grip may be mounted on a vertical surface in a storage location and may assist in keeping the boardsport board upright while also protecting against damage to the boardsport board caused by the vertical surface, and against damage to the vertical surface cause by the boardsport board.
