Boom, Boom Assembly and Work Machine
The present disclosure provides a boom, a boom assembly and a work machine. The work machine comprises a boom support structure and the boom assembly connected to the boom support structure, wherein the boom assembly comprises a plurality of first booms hinged to one another, at least one of the first boom is the boom, the boom has a box-type structure and comprises a body comprising a first body portion and a second body portion, the first body portion and the second body portion overlapping each other to enclose and form the box-type structure. The boom can be designed to have a light weight, and a split-type design facilitates simplifying a mold, improving the versatility of a mold, alleviating the inconsistent of thermal deformation of the boom, and facilitating later maintenance.
Lattice piece, lattice boom, and work machine
The present disclosure relates to a lattice piece for a lattice boom having four corner bars that are connected to one another by a plurality of posts and diagonals, wherein the lattice piece has a rectangular cross-section having two longer and two shorter sides. A cross-sectional section of the corner bars is designed as a hollow section that has a larger extent in the direction of the longer side of the lattice piece than in the direction of the shorter side of the lattice piece. At least one side of the corner bar section has a stabilization structure in the form of a joint, a kink, a bend, or a rounded portion. The present disclosure further relates to a lattice boom comprising at least one lattice piece in accordance with the present disclosure and to a work machine having such a lattice boom.

CONFIGURATION OF A STRUCTURAL SUPPORT FOR A BOOM OF A PIPELAYER MACHINE
A boom, of a machine, may include a first member; a second member opposite the first member; and a support structure. The support structure may comprise a first support member; a second support member; and a third support member. The first member, the first support member, and the second support member may define a first opening. The second member, the second support member, and the third support member may define a second opening. A first area of the first opening may exceed a second area of the second opening.

Rotary tower crane
A rotary tower crane with a tower, which carries a jib and a counterjib, with a jib stay being guided from a tower top to the jib and to the counterjib. The jib stay tensions only an inner jib portion, the length of which is less than 40% of the total length of the jib, and an outer portion, the length of which is more than 60% of the total length of the jib, forms an untensioned bending beam jib which includes at least one jib piece which tapers in height and which is adjoined on the inner side by at least one jib part of greater height and on the outer side by a jib piece of smaller height.

JACK-UP PLATFORM COMPRISING A MOORING SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR MOORING A FLOATING VESSEL
A jack-up platform is described having a horizontal working deck that may be jacked up out of the water by moving its legs to a position wherein they take support on an underwater bottom. The jack-up platform further comprises a mooring system for mooring a floating vessel at a mooring side of the jack-up platform. The mooring system comprises an elongated support means for supporting a hull part of the floating vessel, and guiding means connected to the hull of the jack-up platform at the mooring side. The guiding means are able to rigidly hold the elongated support means in a support position, in which the elongated support means is within reach of the hull part of the floating vessel to be supported when the hull is jacked out of the water and the jack-up platform rests on its legs. A method for mooring a floating vessel using the jack-up platform is also described.
