HUB CRANE ASSEMBLY FOR A WIND TURBINE
The present disclosure is directed to a hub crane assembly for a wind turbine. The hub crane assembly includes an adjustable articulating arm mountable at a first height on a hub of the wind turbine at a hinge point, a first hoist mountable at a second height of the wind turbine, the second height being greater than the first height, and a support component secured to the first hoist and a first attachment point of the articulating arm. Further, the first hoist is configured to rotate the articulating arm about the hinge point via the support component such that, as the articulating arm rotates, a clearance distance between the wind turbine and the articulating arm changes.
ARRANGEMENT OF A CONTROLLER AND A MOBILE CONTROL MODULE
The invention relates to an arrangement of a control system arranged, or to be arranged, on a hydraulic lifting device, and of a mobile control module, via which the control system can be remote-controlled. The control system can be supplied with sensor data via signal inputs, and a processing unit of the control system is configured to calculate from said sensor data and from stored lifting device-specific data information, which is characteristic for the current lifting load situation and/or the allowability of work processes on the lifting device, optionally in the given current lifting load situation. The control system has a mode, in which the control system transmits the information that is characteristic for the current lifting load situation and/or the allowability of work processes on the lifting device, optionally in the given current lifting load situation, to the mobile control module, via a transmitting and receiving module, to a transmitting and receiving module of the mobile control module in a wireless and/or cable-bound manner. From said information, a processing unit of the mobile control module calculates graphic data for a display, which can be displayed for a user via a display unit.
TRUCK SUSPENSION USED AS A CRANE COUNTERWEIGHT
A boom truck includes a truck chassis and a tag axle assembly connected to the truck chassis. The tag axle assembly includes a frame, a boom assembly connected to the frame, and a boom counter weight assembly rotatably connected to the boom assembly. The boom counter weight assembly is configured to be disposed between a first position to extend a wheel base of the boom truck and a second position to define a counterweight relative to the boom assembly.
AIRCRAFT MOUNTED CARGO LIFTING CRANE AND ADAPTER FOR MOUNTING THE SAME
An aircraft mounted cargo lifting crane and adapter for mounting the same is disclosed. The adapter includes a plate portion and several upstanding webs extending from the plate portion. The upstanding webs include perimeter webs that protect the bolted connections to the aircraft floor, and interior webs that are configured to surround the base of a crane. The adapter further includes a plurality of foot pads that have a slotted hole passing through the same, and a plurality of retractable wheels. A crane system is provided which includes the adapter and a crane, such as a jib crane, that is joined to the adapter. The crane system can be movably joined to different attachment points on the floor of the cargo bay of an aircraft.
UNIT FOR OFFSHORE APPLICATION, COMPRISING A DECK EQUIPPED WITH AN ARTICULATED BOOM CRANE
The present invention relates to a unit (1) for offshore application, comprising a deck (2) equipped with a crane (3) with an articulated boom (4). which crane (3) comprises: a support structure (5), secured to said deck (2), and an articulated boom (4), carried by said support structure (5).
The articulated boom (4) comprises a main boom (41) and a terminal boom (42), in series, which terminal boom (42) has a head (422) at the opposite side of said support structure (5).
This deck (2) is equipped with a cradle (10), at a distance from the support structure (5), which comprises a receiving portion (101) on which a head (422) of said terminal boom (42) is intended to rest in said rest position.
Crane
A crane includes: a machine body; a tiltable body having a tiltable body proximal end supported on the machine body and being turnable in a tilting direction; a counterweight; a base weight having a placement surface that allows placement of the counterweight and being detachably attached to the machine body in either at least a front position or a rear position located behind the front position with the base weight projecting rearward further from the machine body than in the front position; and an auxiliary coupling member for coupling a portion of the base weight located in the rear position and the machine body to each other, the portion projecting rearward from the machine body.
