Modular elevator sheave
A modular elevator sheave comprises a mandrel body, wherein multiple sheave units are arranged side by side along the mandrel body, and wherein, the outer wall of the outer circumference of the sheave unit is provided with a groove. In this structural composition, the mandrel body with multiple sheave units, which increases the overall strength and rigidity of the sheave. Furthermore, the number of sheave unit used can be increase and decrease depending on the need or situation, and it should be noted that since the sheave unit can be replaced individually when damaged, it is easier to maintain and reduce repairing costs.

PORTABLE WINCH
A portable winch and method of use is shown. One advantage of winches shown includes an ability to lower a boom or boom sections into limited access exit pit for winching operations such as pipe bursting. Sectional boom designs shown provide the ability to easily raise and lower a boom large distances without the need for a single long boom. Selected winch designs shown include flexible inserts between the boom and the winch frame that help resist damage from unforeseen shifting of the device during operation. Designs and methods shown also include multiple pulleys on a boom end unit. Fasteners are shown that reduce build up of debris.
Bottom block assembly
A bottom block assembly includes a bottom block defining a cavity and at least one opening passing through a portion of the bottom block. The assembly further includes a plurality of sheaves disposed at least partially within the cavity, each sheave having a central opening. The assembly further includes a sheave pin passing through the at least one opening in the bottom block and the central openings in the sheaves to rotatably couple the plurality of sheaves to the bottom block. The assembly further includes a plurality of captivating frame assemblies to be coupled to the plurality of sheaves, each of the plurality of captivating frame assemblies including a housing and a plurality of rollers rotatably mounted to the housing. Each captivating frame assembly is associated with a corresponding one of the sheaves. The assembly further includes a plurality of wires for coupling the plurality of captivating frame assemblies to the plurality of sheaves. Each wire is reeved around one of the sheaves and reeved through the corresponding captivating frame assembly.
