LIFTING GEAR
A lifting gear has a load chain sprocket and a drive shaft. The drive shaft drives the load chain sprocket. The lifting gear has a motor having a motor shaft. The motor shaft and the drive shaft are coupled by a brake clutch system. The brake clutch system includes a clutch part and a brake hub on a brake thread of the drive shaft. The clutch part has dogs and the brake hub has pegs. A vane disk is between the clutch part and the brake hub. The vane disk has vane bodies on a coupling portion of the drive shaft. A pressure plate is positioned in a rotationally fixed manner on the drive shaft. Two friction disks are between the brake hub and the pressure plate, and a brake disk is between the two friction disks, and the brake disk is mounted in a rotationally fixed manner.

An automatic lubricating arrangement for a chain hoist in which a lubricating body is inserted in a downwardly angled hole in a fixed structure enclosing a rotary drive member engaging the chain. The lower end of lubricating body rubs a surface on the rotary drive member to deposit lubricant thereon as the drive member is rotated, which lubricant body is pushed laterally along and onto adjacent chain links.
Automatic Lubrication Arrangement For A Hoist
An automatic lubricating arrangement for a chain hoist in which a lubricating body is inserted in a downwardly angled hole in a fixed structure enclosing a rotary drive member engaging the chain. Chain block
A chain block includes: a main body frame; and a gear cover that is attached to the main body frame to form an internal space sealed off from an outside between the gear cover and the main body frame, and rotatably supports one end side of a reduction gear member, wherein a gear-side frame part is provided with a bottom part and an outer peripheral wall part projecting from an outer peripheral edge portion of the bottom part, and an upper rib having both ends coupled to the outer peripheral wall part is provided at a portion of the gear-side frame on an upper side where an insertion hole and a link shaft are provided and on a side nearer a center of the internal space than is the outer peripheral wall part, and the upper rib is provided adjacent to the insertion hole and the link shaft.
Chain block

Rigging basket
A rigging assembly has no loose parts that an up-rigger may drop. The rigging assembly includes a length of steel cable terminating in a loop at each end. One loop extends through an oblong master link, while the other loop extends through a swivel hook. The ground-rigger can attach the hook of a hoist's chain to the master link on the ground. The ground-rigger can then tie the up-rigger's rope onto the master link. The up-rigger then pulls the rigging assembly and the hoist's chain up to the beam, leaving the master link and chain under the beam. Then the up-rigger grabs the hook end of the rigging basket assembly, bends it over the beam, and attaches the swivel hook end to the master link, thus creating a loop around the beam to support the hoist's chain and load, which is known in the industry as creating a basket.
IMPROVED MULTIPLE ACTION HOIST
A hoist for transferring the ends of power lines between supports at different locations including a pair of hoist mechanisms each having a respective tension line receiving drum and which are simultaneously operable with a single crank arm. Each drum has a respective ratchet mechanism that can be selectively set such that upon pivotable movement of the single crank arm between a first and second positions the ratchet mechanisms (i) simultaneously rotate both the drums in a take up direction for simultaneously winding said tensions lines onto the drums, (ii) simultaneously enable rotation of the drums in a release direction for simultaneously unwinding the tensions lines from the drums, or (iii) rotate one drum in a take-up direction for winding the respective tension line on the one drum while simultaneously enabling rotating the other drum in a release direction for unwinding the tension line from the other drum.
Hand Chain Lift Motor Conversion Device
A manual to motorized chain lift conversion system converts a manually operated chain lift into a motor operated chain lift. The system includes a chain lift having a drive shaft which is exposed when a chain wheel is removed from the chain lift. An adapter is coupled to the lift frame. A motor is coupled to the adapter such that the motor engages and rotates the drive shaft of the chain lift. A battery is coupled to the adapter and electrically coupled to the motor wherein the motor is powered by the battery.
